The first time that I ordered for pick up from this place ten other people were also waiting. I waited so long without being able to get a single employees attention that I ended up leaving without my food. Tonight was my second time going. I ordered food for pick up and the website estimated a 5-10 minute pick up time. After 5 minutes, I got in line and ask where to pick up orders were, however, my order was not ready. After 15 minutes I got back in line and asked the same employee if she could please check on my food. She exclaimed rudely "Where were you? Outside? We can't just be calling people's name!" Another employee handed me my food. The food was good, but the customer service is so, so, bad.

Took 2hrs to get food using deliver service. Called 3 times and was told the driver was on the way each time. Just to find out it was all a lie and the food wasn’t even prepared during my previous calls. This is terrible customer service from a franchise that we frequently order. This is not good. We missed our reservations to an event waiting for food.

I guess I'm not the correct pigment to get service here ..I went to pick up an order ..the girl looks at me keeps doing what she's doing... someone walkis In behind me and she immediately ask him who he's picking up for ...I stood there for 10 minutes at the counter with no acknowledgement to me..but 3 customers behind me who walked in after me got taken care of racism at its finest you ask me ..2nd time something like this has happened to me here had to say something this time .it happened around 8:55 pm January 31..I was wearing a long sleeve brown shirt
This place was amazing tonight. This 100% BiPOC staff was friendly, thorough and quick. Whoever is in charge needs to keep it up. Also, I won't be back often cause I am trying to eat better.Parking: There's plenty of parking in the lot, but these lazy people like parking on the side and double parking in the street.

My order was as I ordered it. Five Guys Burger & Fries burgers are great but their fries are not my liking. Prefer crisp outside & firm inside. These were half cooked & some burned.Service was polite & helpful with the store manager taking my order. Served quickly & I ate my meal in the restaurant.

Worse service I've ever had. Rude rude rude and totally messed up order with the excuse that they were busy. Took credit card info before we even ordered. Never had that happen before. I am not sure how they have that many stars but the place is TERRIBLE. Order would have been close to 200 dollars if they had done anything right. But we did not get half of our order so.....
