This is the worst five guys in the GNO. It's the staff. They just don't know what they're doing, and lack the ability to follow the directions of how to precisely execute the food preparation. The fries don't taste right, and this is the staple of five guys. I don't know if it's the training or the management, but the young people working the restaurant or obviously clueless and suck at their job. It's making fries, it's not complicated. They obviously simply lack the skill and job skills or will to do a good job.
Bacon and cheese burger was great. Highly recommend as the tomatoes and lettuce was very fresh , meat was tasty and cooked well.
Fries were way too salty for me but deep fried well.

the cashier was very nice but i received the smallest portion of fries i've ever gotten from five guys here. they were also SUPER salted. not worth the money! i would rather drive to the location in mid city, despite this one being right by my house. tried to reach out on the five guys contact form but never got a response.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews for a new spot, but after visiting twice this week and having similar experiences, I figured some honest feedback might help. This Five Guys is super convenient since it’s right around the corner from my house, and I love the idea of having a real food option over typical plastic fast food. The new spot is nice and clean!
That said, the fries came out undercooked and way too salty both times. Just way too soggy. The burgers were overcooked, and the milkshakes just didn’t have enough flavor mixed in. Hopefully, they can tighten things up because I’d really like this to be a go-to spot.
