We enjoyed our visit immensely!! Kayla was a great server!! Our table was inside which was handy when it started raining and everyone came inside from the beautiful patio!! The food was VERY yummy!!

Restaurant seemed understaffed and did not tend to the table. Food took over an hour to receive and some items did not meet expectations.

Disappointed in the Cheeseburger we ordered ~ missing half of the ingredients that were listed and then they tried telling me it was on there. Brought me cups of verde sauce, choriza etc. i took two bites and it was not good. Wait staff picked up my plate and never asked if it was ok, what could they get me instead, nothing. Otherwise ~ FABULOUS!

To be honest: Hostess slammed menus on table and walked away without even speaking before we arrived at the table. After 35 minutes the manager noticed us and take our order. We never had an actual server. When food runner delivered our entrees we asked for ranch and iced tea then and 2 additional times. She acted very put out by the request and never delivered. Again the manager took good care of us, and got us our our condiments and drinks near the end of our meal. He did a great job of service recovery and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere is fun. The food quality was very good. But the service staff was in need of customer service training. Because of the manager, atmosphere, and food quality, we would definitely come back again. Definitely a unique spot for photos, and a great menu. They just seem to be having an off day.

Food and drinks are amazing! Service is phenomenal! Was having a tough night. Devin and Deon (the host???) are absolute sweethearts! Thanks for your kindness; I think this was the first time I've ever taken myself out for a drink!

Visiting New Orleans for the week and found this great restaurant. Nice indoor and outdoor space; my group sat outside and everyone enjoyed the vibes, food and drinks. we would return.

Awful, service was not only slow for a half empty restaurant that seemed to be ran by teenagers but also they did even acknowledge our full table of 8 trying to place more drink orders. Seemed like the restaurant doesn't like money. The whole table waited because 1 of our teams meals never got entered & did not arrive to our table & took an additional 15 minutes. I recommend going elsewhere!

Grillled Red Fish plate was excwllent as was the Caesar Salad. Onion soup was ok. The typical ceramic bowl was only half full though.

It wasn't anything to call back home to mom about. I ordered the chicken and waffles. It was good. My friends got the shrimp and grits and the shrimp pasta. Small portion. Shrimp aren't deveined. It was okay. The Bloody Mary was fine just extra spicy. I'd give it a 2.8/5 honestly.

Great food, beer and service. Asia was a phenomenal waitress.

Servers were great! Food came out quick. The big blue drank was delicious!! Some of us got the burger and that was very good. I got the tacos and they were ok, I wouldn't get them again, and someone got the jambalaya with blackened chicken on top, the chicken and rice was very dry! Wouldn't get that again. We would go back for the drank and burger and atmosphere!

The Flamingo Café is the first restaurant in the park, near the entrance and exit gates. The menu is simple, beignets, pastries, coffee, soda, beer and even daiquiris. There are also lockers available, a nice large restroom and free WIFI. A good spot to pick up a water or something more.

I reserved a table on May 8th, for a work event. The reservation was for 6/11 at 7:00. I received an email from OpenTable on Monday 6/10 to confirm the reservation and replied that yes, we would still be coming. On Tuesday 6/11, 7:00 the group arrived at the restaurant - that was not open on Tuesdays. I checked their website and the days of the week they're open was changed '4 weeks ago'. Neither OpenTable or the restaurant contacted me to let me know of the change. And then to have also received the 'please confirm' email just a day before. Very disappointing and left our work group, which included 4 external guests, scrambling for another option. I can't rate the restaurant experience at all, since we were unable to dine there.

Our experience was bad from the very beginning. Hosts was too busy talking with her friends and did not acknowledge us until her conversation was over. Then we were sat down and it took another 20-25 minutes for our server to take our drink menu and food order. The drinks were gross ? and the food was ok. 5 out of 10
