Good morning,Happy Holiday Day...I writing about one of your employee. This morning, on Dec. 26, 2022 at 9:30 am, when entering into the store, the first thing came out of your employee mouth was: O Lord.....greeting the employee with a smile with good morning. "BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES". My husband question her about the bread, she answer with an ugly attitude....O the bread does not come out until 12, which is understandable. (it's not what you say, it how you say it). I work in this kind of business where we handle customer service. If she was working for me, out the door she will go.....I will never take any of my business to your company or recommend people to your business again. No one need to lose a job, but the attitude should be put in her pocket and no on her lips.Thank you and wishing you a "Happy Holiday".

If you are a newer driver you do NOT want to deliver here..single dock with concrete on both sides that you have to blindside into. Use all of your space and turn into the gate from the street or you will run out of space and hit barriers on either side. I’ve been driving for years and this place had me sweating. Workers were overall helpful and got me unloaded pretty quickly, but it is not a good place to check in or back in if you have more than a daycab.

Terrible customer service. No one would want to be treated like this. The young woman in the Gretna Bunny Bread outlet is downright mean, hateful, and ugly to me, and I guess everyone else. I don't know her so maybe it is not personal but it sure feels that way. The receipt shows her name as 'Paige.' If looks could kill I'd be dead!

Bad customer relations. I m a business owner, I tried calling flowers baking many times to set up a new acct. but staff were helpful. Staff always refered me to a driver. Driver never return my calls.
