Such a bad experience, and it's even more a shame because it has so much potential - great location, beautiful restaurant and setting. However the food was awful - the first sirloin came out and it had an off flavor, like game. Much of the rest came out either very overcooked or very rare. No one asked what temperature we would like, and some of the servers spoke so softly they were difficult to understand. The last meat we tried was the lamb chops, they looked delicious and we love lamb. It only took one bite to discover the meat had gone bad and actually tasted fishy. This was meat that could potentially make someone sick, so after that we couldn't eat another bite. To the manager's credit she was very apologetic and we were not charged for the meal. However we will not go back to this chain, the quality and cleanliness of Texas de Brazil is far superior.

Not only did they not honor the free birthday meal on yelp, all their meats are rare or medium, when asked for well done only two meats came to the table which makes it not worth $65 for two slices of meat excluding all premium cuts. 0/5 if I could, worst experience, not worth $150 bill.

It was a nice experience just some of the meats were too tough and the salad bar didn't have many options

It was my second time at FOGO. Food was good. Happy hour wine selection was very good and reasonably priced. Waiters seemed to come around often with selection of meat. Salad bar and sides were plentiful and a wide variety. I do think If I were to go back I probably would opt for just a better steak selection along with the sides only instead of the all you can eat from the servers. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs

The food was as tasty as I had hoped. The bar shorted my drink from a double neat to single with a rock (still billed as double). A server sloshed meat juices upon one of my guests and another server basically tossed a meat serving across the table rather than come around.

We went for my boyfriends Birthday. the food was amazing. being a server myself, i dont like to be picky when someone has bad days but our server was genuinely awful she never refilled anyones drink weather it was fountain drinks or water she also took the candle out of his dessert before we had a chance to light it. the food however was very very good. the steak was cooked perfectly the (all you can eat sides) were amazing as well they had so many options and new things to try i definitely recommend this restraunt the service just needs to match the energy of the place.

Always a good experience!! This time we were alittle disappointed because the meat was coming out slow and end up getting full off sides ..but the manager was amazing ...see. We were frequent diners..gave us a free cocktail and desert ..we was ready to pay our bill and the server said he said everything was on the house !! Omg we were shocked ..thanks we will be back

The service could have certainly been better, and the quality of the meat was certainly not the best considering the price point.

Aidan was a lovely bartender, our service felt so personal and flowed peacefully. He gave perfect recommendations on dishes, drinks, and maintaining friendly casual conversation during our service. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at his bar and look forward to having Aidan take care of us again. It was quiet, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food & drinks were great!

It started w bugs in salad bar. Manager apologized and said it was ‘time of year'. Our lobster was served before we finished at salad bar. Seriously, it was sitting on our table in 3 mins. No sides were served. I had to ask for a drink too. Wine was not offered. This was my first experience at this restaurant. I liked the way the meat was served however as a result of All of the above (not just one thing) I won't be returning or recommending.

I don't recommend the cocktails. The prices seemed reasonable, but they are completely waterered down and not worth the price. The glass is full of slushy crushed ice and very little liquor, I could barely taste anything besides water. I would definitely go somewhere else for drinks.

It took too long to get served. They did not have a wide variety of meat like they usually do. The food was average and service was average. For the price I paid for two people, I could've eaten at Ruth Chris. Probably won't go back to a Fogo de Chao.

I wouldn't recommend booking a later reservation here, even though it's offered. I had a 9:45 PM reservation for a birthday dinner and was texted 30 minutes early that our table was ready. From the start, the service felt rushed—understandable at a late hour, but what followed was just unacceptable. Service was inattentive and disengaged. Before we could finish our meal, staff began eating at the market table and ignored us completely. We waited over 20 minutes for the dessert that was included with our meal, but our server never returned to ask for our order. Multiple staff came by asking why we were still there, and after explaining we were waiting on dessert, no one followed up. The hostess was the only bright spot—friendly and professional. But overall, for a bill over $200, I left feeling overlooked and undervalued. This was meant to be a special night and instead left a very sour impression.

We were here for a birthday celebration, and a celebration it was! Compliments to Aiden, a waiter and Jason for taking exceptional care of us. Thank you for the exceptional service and the attention to detail. I can say without a doubt “this was a great experience for the entire family.” And especially the birthday boy.
