Great experience. Visited as a birthday dinner with our family of 4. Our server was extremely attentive and the food was hot and consistent. I loved my experience.

Our server was very friendly ... the food was good . Staff needs a few pointers on customer service and attentiveness .

I have dined at other Fogo de Chao and always had amazinf experiecens. We were sat in the corner and the meat guys hardly visited our table and when they did only had small pieces of left overs to cut up and not enough for everyone to eat together. We had 6 hungry guys excited for various meats and I wish we ppicked another restaurant. I hate that I have to sy it like it was, but this visit was not the besxt and left a bad taste in my mouth. At one point I was splashed with meat grease onto my pants and the same thing happened to my friend who got burned also. I understand that the wait staff can make or break an experience like mine, and that was obvioussly the issue in New Orleans. Ill make anojtehr choice next time in town there. I was seated with 5 of my friends, all of who are mutli millionaires, from all across the country and do not mind spending money on great food experiences. The General Manager was helpful and realiZED OUR FRUSTRATIONS AND actually grabbed a few pieces of chicken wrapped in bacon for our table. The restaurant didnt feel ready for our visit.

Honesty, not great. Servers seemed to be high and the salad bar wasn't being refilled. Meat was coming out very very cooked. Disappointing.

The entire staff was vert inconsiderate! I waited at the table for someone to wait on me for over 10 min and when I flagged down someone they acted bothered because I stopped them. I was almost half way through my meal before the sides were delivered and could not get anyone to refill my drink until after I was ready to check out. One waiter made a point to let me know (and everyone else in the restaurant) know that I purchased the $49 deal and that if I wanted to upgrade that I was welcome too. Like calling me out to be a cheap customer. In all the times I have at at Fogo de Chao across the country, I have never been so dissatisfied.

What food we did get was alright. Had the manager ask us how things were going more than actual food made it to the table. The grilled cheese was excellent the chicken was over cooked and dry and the beef was a 5/10. No pork and 1 lamb option was a disappointing 160 dinner for my wife and I. Probably wouldn't go here again if visiting the city.

I had a great experience here. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the service was consistently attentive without ever feeling rushed. Really appreciated the care from the staff — I'll definitely be back.

Second visit there. 4 year gap. Service was ok. No complaints. Plenty to eat which is their SOP. Meat quality not so great. I'm not a “buffet person “ so I'm more for quality over quantity. With that being said the menu selection is small. The mashed potatoes came after we were finished eating for the most part. Will I return there? Only if I'm with a group and they all want to go there. My wife and I will not pick that on our own as a dinner. Also one of my pet peeves, it's in NOLA so pay parking. If I'm dropping $300+ for 4 ppl and I have to pay to park that's a thumbs down from me.

Great service but this is the third time that we have eaten here and every time they are very slow with bringing the meat around and I do not feel we get anywhere near $160 worth of food. And the quality of the meat is fair.

Let me tell you this experience was everything and then some. Not only was everyone who worked here extremely helpful but every bit was of quality that I would recommend to anyone else. This was truly an experience and love everything

The food and wine were excellent as usual. Our server Bonnie was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely revisit the next time we are in New Orleans.

A delicious meal and fun experience. Must be tried at least once (but you'll want to go back many times.)

Server was loaded! Ruined my daughter bday. Dropped stuff, forgot everything, mixed up drinks, spaghetti sauce on one plate, spinach on another! She was out of it and everyone had to pretend not to notice. Terrible decision to return. It was a yearly bday tradition to go to Fogo. Absolute last visit! She was brown hair ponytail. I think it was pills or some type of downer. Food was good but everyone else had to correct her mistakes and go fetch the bday cake, go get the desert, go get clean plates and then clean utensils. I can't believe I spent $305 to be upset

The restaurant is great and the food is phenomenal. Each time I've been here it was fantastic. This time I wish my server had a little more energy. He stated the basic menu intro without one ounce of enthusiasm. Not very attentive. Would definitely return but hope to not have that server.

The experience was way below previous ratings at this location. I've had better experience in Texas. Waited 10-15 minutes on the host to arrive and waited another 20 minutes on the server to arrive. He did not introduce himself, no communication whatsoever, thongs tossed over in salad dressing, wilted ceaser salad, bar wasn't properly filled with fresh items, drinks taste like detergent, meat was dry, overall very bad experience. Me and my party ended up leaving to find somewhere else to dine at the last minute, plus it was my birthday. So, embarrassing. It's not worth your money. Find another fine dining because this is not the one.
