Not the grandest Brazilian buffet, but lots of good stuff.Wheelchair accessibility: On thel main floor, and spacious entrances seemed accessible to this non expert.

Such an amazing environment upon walking in. However, once seated - our server Ceondra approached the table mumbling that she would be right with us. Keep in mind the musics low and it’s not loud in here, and we could hardly understand her as she’s speaking under her breath. No smile. Not welcoming in the least. We waited 20 minutes to receive waters. Ordered a cocktail and it took 45 minutes to arrive to the table. When I expressed my concerns - attitude came from the server as if I hadn’t been waiting the amount of time I had been. After expressing concerns she avoided our table during the rest of our stay.It was so very kind of the manager to approach the table and offer to take the drink off my bill. Although it was not expected. I just wanted my drink. Once recieved it was ABSOLUTELY delicious.I will come back based upon the food and everyone else I encountered BESIDES our server.

We just had dinner at this restaurant, a table for 4...had a terrible waiter he could not remember our drink orders or we had to ask 2 or 3 times for it or anything we requested! I did not catch his name...I believe possibly an owner or manager came over not sure who she was an Indian woman I believe, very nice, wish I had gotten her name!! She was great and got my tip $ for that $300 check) she basically took over our table and made it a pleasurable experience. If not for her it would have been terrible!

Bad service, All the servers just stand around talking. I had to call them everything I needed something. They never came on there on and asked if you needed anything.

Hakim is the reason for us to be back to Fogo de Chao in NOLA, he’s our “ Cheeseguy “. Coming to visit Bourbon Street, Fogo de Chao is a most when we visit NOLA. The GM is an also a top class guy, very professional and super friendly with the customers. Great ingredients to have a successful business these days.

Jacob, John, and Coco were the best! Alex was the perfect hostess of our Wine and Wagyu event. The bone in ribeye was my absolute favorite! This is the best place and a must try! Oh, and the house wine with “the mother” on the front is divine!

Excellent as usual. We were well attended to by Chance and everything was delicious. I don't typically eat at franchises establishments at when I travel, but we could t decide where to eat and had checked all our NOLA menu items. It was a perfect last dinner in town and close to the hotel

I’d give the salad bar itself 5 stars and if you are craving for fresh vegetables during your stay in New Orleans, I’d just come here for the salad bar option as it gives plenty of choices of vegetables, smoked salmon, cold cuts which is genuinely good value for money. For the service it was very slow before the order was taken, and also the side dishes were brought in long before the meats were served and by the time the meats were brought in they were all cold. Some of the meats were good where as others were over cooked and dry. Look at the menu and the pricing before you go but if you are going there for the salad bar, I’d definitely recommend you do.

Took over 30 minutes to be seated despite at least two tables being free (one of which we were eventually given after begging). Good was decent though.
