If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PARTY. First, she held the deposit hostage though the wedding was cancelled due to COVID. She refused to return the deposit when asked multiple times (over the course of two years). THEN wedding reception goes on and the food is not worth the money paid. AND she tried to send away another caterer that we hired for appetizers only. She literally told him to go away and wouldn’t let him in room. She then took everything with her. Things we had bought that she had no right to take (leftovers, sternos etc.) The reception was half the number we originally hoped for, she didn’t handle the center pieces nor the cake. There was no deduction in cost, but rather an additional charge for $1,000 extra. Ridiculous and awful. DO NOT LET HER TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

We hired Nancy with food art for our wedding in February, I debated posting this review but thought it was necessary. We went with food art as a last resort due to COVID and a lack of other available caterers for our date… we regret that decision to say the least. To start Nancy was extremely rude from our first meeting to the last she acted “too busy” to be bothered with us even though we were spending well over $30,000 for her services. The food was sub par and COLD. Even my wife and I’s first meal after being married which was a few Sausages, a pasta and chicken were all ice cold when we got the plates. She was rude to the owner of the venue and left the kitchen a complete and total disaster. Over all it was a complete let down and I would not recommend Nancy or Food Art to anyone… ever.

Food Art is amazing!!! Food Art catered my daughter's wedding and everything was beyond perfect.... the event turned out exactly as we had hoped... they are amazing ... working with them is a dream.... if you need THE perfect caterers, this is the one for you!!!

The food was delicious, the presentations just as I wished and the service just superb!! The food received rave reviews from everyone. The menu was a wonderful representation of New Orleans specialties, but also accommodated our many vegetarian guests and my vegetarian husband! Stephanie was a wonderful person to work with as we planned the menu and she guided us as we selected rental items to use with the catering. Food Art is very flexible and let us bring in our own alcohol and rental items while providing labor to flip our space from the ceremony to reception (our venue was Race and Religious). Additionally, Stephanie was so thoughtful and organized in all her correspondence with my mother and me. And again, the food!!!!

Food Art & Nanci Easterling traveled to eastern America's highest town and prepared the most incredible 5 course Tapas meal for the local Dignitaries at Fox Pointe Two =- elevation 4,750 feet. Views and her food were hard to beat !!!
