We were welcomed warmly once we entered. Someone from the restaurant even called to check to see if I still had food limitations as I hadn't updated my open table profile. One of the servers even played the piano while we ate. Our main server was so nice and gave us suggestions on what to see while we were in town. The fried chicken dinner was very filling and well priced.

We had a 6:30 reservation and were promptly seated. Took awhile to get drinks ordered. Once ordered took a while to be delivered. Same with food. We ordered the two pate plate as an app. Asked for more toys for the pate, was delivered an entire bread basket with butters. Moules Frites and Steak Tartare for mains. Moules came first the the frites, were not bright together. No bowl brought for the mussel shells. Food was great. We wanted to order the profiteroles for dessert but food service was so slow we did not have time as we had an 8 pm concert at the Sanger to attend.

Wonderful service at the bar by Ashanti and all the other staff who were friendly and providing great hospitality. The food was 10/10 and the drinks were on point. Surprise beignets served for our anniversary were easily the best we ever had!!

We had such an amazing experience at Fountain Lounge! The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful – everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the crawfish omelet was delicious. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. We also had the pleasure of dining here for dinner one evening, and it did not disappoint. We tried the mussels, gumbo, and redfish, and every single dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. Our server, Charmaine, was exceptional – attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. From start to finish, the service, food, and atmosphere were top-notch. I would highly recommend Fountain Lounge to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

Piano player sounded like she was yelling or wailing. She really wasnt good. She sounded like a reject from a bourbon street piano bar. Just play the piano in the background and leave the cackling "singing" alone. Food was great and portions were spot on. The host, young french man, was super five star level. He greeted us by name and used our name, pulled out chairs for both of us, and was on point. It took several minutes for water service and even longer for a server. I even watched our server and another fellow try to decide who was going to take our table. My wife ordered a house mule, however, she was not asked whether she wanted rum, bourbon, or tequila. Small misstep there. We had an extra item on our tab and it was resolved without question. Coty and Don at concierge were awesome. They helped us take a few lobby photos. Kerry in valet was super five star at arrival. Opened my wifes door first. Guided us into valet. Presented ticket with two hands and covered everything we needed to know. He had a question about my vehicle at departure and rather than damage something while unsure, he called the valet desk and asked for help. We will go back again.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday! Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. If you love biscuits and beignets, you must try it here. The best fried chicken in the city! The serenade by Eddie, the piano man, was the cherry on top❤️

OMG!! We ate everyday of our visit to NOLA for the Satchamo Festival. Our last day we were sad there was no buffet or Miss Lulu but the food and staff did not disappoint! All the support from the men who cleaned and set the tables. Special thanks to Miss Lulu (hostess), Ms. Patricia (manager), Garryelle (our first server) David (our Chef/omelette guy), Shalayia, and Chassidy (our last server who helped close out our visit with sweetness). The food was good and the staff complimented the entire experience. Thank you all.
