The ice cream is good but the service here is horrible! Every single time I'm in here there's only one person working with multiple customers. There also always out of ingredients. Each order is made to order so of course it's going to take time, but there's to be enough staff to handle the traffic. I even think one time I visited either a woman who was the manager/owner (idk exactly but you can tell she had some type of authority) came in while the young man was working and saw how busy it was. Instead of her taking lead and helping him out, she just continued talking on her phone then left . Again, the ice cream is good but the customer service and wait time needs some work.

Worst customer service Ever! I drove from MS to try this place out, I placed my order for a snowball and 2 rolled ice creams, I was told to have a seat my order would be to shortly, 3 people came in after me and placed an order, when the first worker was available to do ice cream they began on the people's order who came in after me! When asked why my order wasn't next, the girl working the register tried to leave the register to make my order, I declined and asked for a refund, not a good way to treat customers! I will not visit this one again!
