Recent dinner at the Jazz Bistro. Food was impeccable. service by server Sarah, was inconsistent and inattentive. Struggled to get her attention to place order. She ignored us for table of six. Surly, rude, unhelpful, no personality. spoke with young manager on duty; he listened, but said NOTHING in response to my concerns.(I identified myself as a former food and beverage manager with Hyatt Hotels and considerable restaurant experience.) Don't expect attention...
We absolutely loved our service and meal! The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed! We have had many steaks worldwide and believe the filet was one of the best we have ever had! Highly recommend and worth every penny!

Still dreaming about the perfect French 75 we had here. It was a gorgeous 75 degree day in February. We did a historical walking tour, and then came into the bar to get a little refreshment before our next adventure. The cocktails were cold. The service was great! We cannot wait to come back on our next visit to the city!
