My favorite coffee shop in New Orleans! I get my coffee almost everyday while I’m in New Orleans, the coffee here is amazing and the staff are friendly too. They provide specious sitting area and cozy vibes. Recommended from a coffee lover.

Two stars, because although a year ago I'd have given 5 for perhaps the best coffee I'd ever had, served by staff who knew me by name, the owners appear to have a major turnover problem (which is caused by fuqqery toward employees, as I understand it), and the turnover problem results in both poor product quality at a high price, and incompetent to sour (or hostile) service. This kind of problem spells the end for any business where competition exists. It's unfortunate.

Didn't realize this was a local chain but it was a great coffee break nonetheless. Hubs got the New Orleans Iced Coffee and I got the Oji Brew. Shared the jalapeno pastry which was not very spicy. They were all really good. The chicory was not strong at all in the NOIC which was a good thing in our opinion lol.

It is very rare I leave a negative review but my experience today with this business was terrible.I had planned a break to sit and enjoy a good coffee after seeing the store earlier in the day. I entered just before 3pm, collected my order at the counter and a couple of minutes after sitting down to drink it, a staff member approached me and said; “We are closing now so you have to leave”. She added….”We have another location on Canal Street”.I had my coffee order already, but was expected to walk 10 minutes to another location to drink it? That just doesn’t make sense! This business has published hours that confirm closing is 6pm - including signage on the door (one of the reasons I chose this coffee shop).I do not reccomended this business as this experience demonstrates the business counts the number of coffee sales but does not consider the human paying for their product or the experience that person has with their brand and venue.
