Dining at GAIA was such a wonderful experience that we returned the very next night! Eliece, who was tending bar, expertly guided us through the expansive menu, explaining food preparation and spices that were used to enhance flavors. The food was absolutely outstanding and unique! In addition, Eliece was most knowledgeable about wines and specialty cocktails to pair with meals. He was fun, friendly, and our conversations with him added greatly to our evening’s experience!...

This was literally the BEST PLACE EVER!!! I cane here for my birthday with my friends and the food was 10/10. The servers were so sweet and caring. The best birthday ever and I encourage you to eat here.

I really do love this place. The sliders and crawfish Mac n cheese are amazing! Crab cake was good but could have hotter. However, the chargrilled oysters were cold and dry and the scallops were flavorless and too wet. It honestly tasted frozen. We told our waitress and they didn’t offer to remake or discount our bill. That was a huge missed opportunity. Good quality meat here, seafood will be hit or miss.
