The food was really good. We had some alligator bites that were about as tender as alligator gets that melts in your mouth and very tasty also! The service was good, the atmosphere was ok, it's a bar and grill. If you prefer something a little nicer than a bar and grill, this isn't it. Also the tip was added automatically for three adults and two children party of five, which I'm not a fan of because I may decide to give more of a tip than the automatic charge, but if they add it on automatically I will not leave extra. I rather be the one who decides if the server deserves a better tip. So be aware of the automatic added service charge. Overall good food.

The vibe was similar to that of a Mom and Pop style restaurant. Very cozy and it felt like family. Our waiter, G, was attentive, knowledgeable, and super funny! Now... the food... if I could give 10 stars, I would! Everything was exquisite! I come to New Orleans a lot and this was the best seafood experience I've had! I didn't want to leave! I didn't want to stop eating! Absolutely amazing!! I will see you all again soon!

Oh my goodness was this Snapper w/Crawfish Cream Sauce good! I would eat this any day of the week. All the meals were delicious, we got poboys too but they were eaten before I could take the picture. The staff was real friendly too, we were taken care of by G. 10/10

Gallier's gets a 10 out of 10 food was delicious we had the soft crab fried shrimp fried oysters fries and and a salad which we shared because it was so much food we sat at the bar so the drinks were very nice you didn't taste the alcohol but you truly felt it and the bartender was so friendly and just a nice guy man we went back again before we left that's how good that place was so if you are in New Orleans stop by Gallier's believe me you want be disappointed

Was lucky to be passing by during their happy hour specials.
Had charbroiled oysters & cup of red beans & rice.
All were delicious, waitress was very nice, was very clean too.
Would go back.

Came here for dinner. We walked in and it was a casual place and relaxed ambiance. Our server Jelly was sweet and friendly. I was craving oysters and ordered a dozen of the Rockefeller oysters. We also ordered the grilled shrimp platter. Both dishes were Delicious and great size portions. When we were leaving we got thanked by the staff. I highly recommend coming here for seafood and an overall great experience.
