Randomly decided to try the restaurant out during a neighborhood walk. I was very pleased! It's a black owned pizza spot. The decor isn't anything special and there is not AC, but the food was delicious! Plenty of space to sit if you decided to eat inside. It's also worth noting that they don't serve drinks. I decided just to go next door and buy a drink while my pizza cooked. It took about 10 minutes. I would definitely come back.

I love this place.. Anytime I can't cook for myself whether it's due to being tired or just a little sad I can rely on garage piZa to deliver a great home made meal to me. 10/10 thank yall so much!

Best pizza I've ever had. Everything is homemade. Bye bye dominoes!!!

The sauce is not as good as it used to be. It’s very bland. The toppings are great. Just need to work on the sauce again. Not sure what changed. Would love to keep supporting y’all.

I didn't care for this restaurant. The buffalo wings hardly had buffalo sauce. It tasted like baked herb chicken. The pizza sauce tasted too tangy. The Caesar salad came with honey mustard dressing...eww...the shrimp added was raw and not blackened. There wasn't isn't parmesan shavings on the salad. They modestly added what looks like Kraft parmesan cheese. I wasted $72.00 :(

Y’all, this pizza was DELICIOUS. The crust tasted homemade and was a little buttery. The sauce had a ton of flavor, and the cheese was nice and toasty on the cheese. Pepperoni had lots of topping, and the spinach and artichoke pizza and margherita pizzas were hits too! Try the fried okra; it comes with a spicy ranch. Some of our crew had salads that were the perfect portion for a meal salad. Lastly, there was some impressive local art around the place that gave it an extra local feel. Go visit! You won’t be sorry!

I’ve had good and bad experiences here but last night was my last time here. Way too pricey for the garbage pizza I received. It was clear something was burnt up in the oven because my whole pizza smelled and tasted like some burnt toppings had been cooked to charcoal in the oven. Wasn’t cooked all the way crust was still doughy, missing cheese for sure it didn’t stay together at all. I’ve had good pizzas here but this was terrible. Also, every single time I’ve picked up here I’m given a quote on time that’s never even close. I don’t know why she thinks she can flip a pizza in 25 minutes I’ve sat up there waiting longer than that when I already arrived late expected them to be backed up. Love supporting a neighborhood pizzeria but I’ll have to find a new one, $35 out the door for a pizza I’ll prob end up throwing 3/4 of away is a shame.

We always order take out pizza, and it is always good and fresh. Their specialty pizzas are the best. The owner, Ms. Karen, is always friendly.

It was lovely! We came in an hour before closing and the cook was amazing. He was passionate about the food and very attentive to what we wanted and the quality. Since we were the only ones in there he made welcomed small talk with us, a very kind man. The food looks and tastes incredible!

Joel makes the best hand tossed pizza around. He’s very friendly, accommodating and knows what’s up when it comes to making pizza. Don’t stiff him on a tip. He deserves every dollar in your wallet.

Incredible pizza. True New Orleans gem! I'd venture to say, best pizza I've had in a very long time.

It's ok. The dough is a little soggy and would get stuck to the box and the wings were fried too hard and ended up pretty dry (and also didn't come with any dips to offset the dryness). But it's not pricy and is pretty convenient.

Be careful ordering delivery online from Garage Pizza. I ordered a large pizza, breakfast calzone, 2 pizza fries, and fried green tomatoes. I was quoted an hour for delivery which makes sense with so much food and being a busy lunch time. Then I got a call to confirm my order and to inform me that they were out of fried green tomatoes. I thanked them and substituted for fried okra and was still happy and waiting.Around a half an hour after my quoted delivery time I was getting restless and my SO was super hangry. So I called them to see how far out our lunch was so we at least could focus on it coming and not it being late. They answered and informed me that my order had been cancelled. They weren't sure exactly who cancelled it but their system showed it had been cancelled. I was upset because just 45 mins earlier it had been confirmed. They apologized for the confusion and offered to have the restaurant manager to call me back to help me. I said "that would be great" and they replied by hanging up.I never received food or a return call. I was still fully charged for the $70.18 in food that I never got. I am in the process of trying to get my money back but the restaurant won't answer my calls or the delivery app support's calls. I have reported them to PayPal but buyer beware. :/

I truly hope I went on a bad night. It wasn’t good and the service was slow. Like waiting over a hour slow on a slow night. The crust was bad the pizza didn’t have much cheese on it which I found to be weird. The toppings were ok at best. I’ve heard good things about this place but I didn’t experience anything good I hope to go again one day and hopefully it’s much better

I've had garage pizza before several times and it was good. This most recent time it was absolutely horrible. So bad we chucked half of it away. You can tell whoever made this was rushed and didn't care at all- undercooked and almost all dough, super light on toppings. I wouldn't be writing a bad review except the pizza was $30 DOLLARS! Seems like their quality is dropping. May be time to get delivery pizza elsewhere. Plenty of options.
