People should stay away from this brand. I won a 1-year free boba drink ticket back in January and they have not kept their promised sending me the cards I can use to get free boba at their store, despite that I have reached out sending them the winning ticket and confirming my mail address. They lied they had sent the cards to the store where I got the ticket and would send me an email letting me know when I can get to the store to pick it up. No email nothing has ever heard since. Shame on big cheating corp.
Update: after I posted this complaint, they reached out asking me an insulting question ““Can you confirm if you picked up your cards?”. They know very well that no notification was ever sent. If they had sent it, they’d have a record. Asking me this now is just a lazy way to shift responsibility back to the customer — a tactic that’s dishonest and unacceptable.

I’ve been here so many times and tried a lot of the flavours , they are all so good and customizable. Honestly the best part is the ladies who work here ! They are always so friendly and helpful. Really just 11/10 service . Great great place .

I haven’t stayed in the Garden District for a few years. It’s nice to see this Boba spot on the strip. Nice atmosphere, cute cat (although I’m allergic), friendly service and refreshing Lemon Yogurt drink.

Went opening day. Loved the Mango Green Tea. This was my very first time and all employees were patient, knowledgeable and happy. Looks like a fun place to work as well. Had a great conversation with Vinh the Franchise Development Manager . Vinh took the time to explain about the cold teas and all the Ingredients that go into each tea. Looking forward to trying out the waffles that will be coming soon. Highly recommend for a unique cold tea. Going back today. Also, Vinh would like to get involved with sponsoring recreational youth sports within the communities. Please give Gong Cha Tea a try. 😊
