Second time I've been to Good Catch. I came back because of the great experience I had the first time. This time, not the same. The server was rushing us. I asked several times to give us a minute and 3 minutes later shes back at the table. More than once. We planned to have a few cocktails then order our food. Didn't seem like she was for that so we just ordered and left I did order the Spicy Chili Garlic Crab Noodles at a medium heat. It was so spicy I couldn't even eat the meal. Threw it in the trash when i got home. When I'm spending over $100 for. meal. I want to enjoy it and not be rushed out the door. The house wasn't full so I know they didn't need our table for other waiting guest. I was disappointed. Not sure if I'll go back. That first time we went was awesome, and the food delicious.

It took 20 mins for a server to come to our table after being sat for a 7pm reservation. They seemed understaffed for a fairly full restaurant. Once a server did acknowledge us, the service was fine.

Food and service was great except a friend wine order got delayed when hostess forgot to put into bar. Music extra loud when we got there. Requested they turn it down and they immediately did which was greatly appreciated. Everyone loved the food. My second time and recommended it to foodie pescatarian friends. They loved it. The spicy tofu eggplant everyone at the table enjoyed. Seafood fresh. Whole fried fish amazing.

The contemporary design provides a great setting. Although it was not crowded on the Monday evening I was there I imagine it would be pretty noisy with a crowd. The service was very friendly and attentive. The pork and shrimp wontons were tender with a tasty dipping sauce. The beef boat noodle soup was outstanding, the broth being very substantial and flavorful. Overall it was a nice “break” from all the delicious typical New Orleans cuisine.

Fantastic Thai restaurant right in the French Qtr. Fabulous food, fun and exciting drinks - get the one with the bubble on top - and VERY kind and sweet wait staff! Will definitely go back.

I got the curry with limp crab meat and my hubby got the fried sea bass with bird chili sauce and both were amazing. We were nervous about the whole fish with the skin on and everything but it was crispy, flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend trying the whole fish.

Pad thai chicken was good but they erred by serving shrimp at first. Restaurant trying hard to please every customer, owner introduced himself and sincere in offering excellent service.

Sat at the bar, for a cushioned seat. Bartender was very attentive, cocktail was great. My husband ordered the Phat Thai and I had the green curry with scallops. Both were delicious and large servings. We would definitely go again!

My favorite "go to" for lunch or happy hour. Have brought several friends there for a first-time experience and all left saying they'd be back.

The food was okay. I had the crab fried rice, the tamarind shrimp, and the crab noodles. The noodles were good just a tad bit too salty. The crab fried rice portion was very small for $30. I just left Cali, and I paid $18 for three times the amount of rice they give you here. Also, the tamarind shrimp isn't made with just tamarind sauceit contains fish sauce, and they don't tell you that. Anyone who doesn't eat fish sauce knows it smells exactly like booty! However, they were nice enough to remake the shrimp without the sauce and give me a side of peanut sauce. The staff was really friendly, and the environment was clean, quiet, and pleasant. I would go back the menu is huge.

Food is an inventive switch on traditional Thai! It's great quality ingredients, it's a bit more than standard Thai but I'd rather pay more for better ! Rum don't walk to get here to try !
