The lady in the front was super nice! I feel so bad I did not ask her for her name. The vibes were nice bc you are on the corner and so the windows allows you to people watch in peace. I really like how the place is decorated. Unfortunately, the food was not that great. To be fair, I only ordered an almond croissant which was pretty hard — it tasted stale and I could not finish it. For my bev, I had an iced hibiscus tea. For a place that has a lot of groups meet up for tours, you would think they’ll update the bathroom. I appreciate I was able to use one, but just for customer morale it could use some TLC. I also appreciate the free water they have out.

I would pass getting any hot food before a tour. It took 30 minutes and no structure to get food out or to make sure you got correct food. You couldn't even get a latte because machine was broken. Stick to items you can get at register. It sounded good to help local before a tour but I wish I just gotten a protein shake at hotel in the grab and go.

Overall a negative experience.
Many people that ordered after us got their food before us. When asking about why others were getting similar food before us the staff had an attitude. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. The food was average for the most part.
It felt like they gave priority to regulars above other customers.

The best pastries at reasonable prices—delicious fresh scones with real currants, croissants that are fab— and coffee is great!!

love the staff and environment, but god is the food horrible. $20 for two bacon egg&cheese bagels and the whole thing is soggy and falling apart with horribly undercooked egg and a measly 2 slices of cheap bacon.. they used to be good but have declined

Iced latte and tea were a welcome stop on a hot day. Muffin was very dry and a Betty Crocker mix is better. Server was not kind at all though and was very put out that we even went inside.

I stopped by while visiting NOLA. I got an iced chai & it was real good. I later returned for lunch & had the chicken salad sandwich with chips which was a tasty treat. It's a cute little shop on the corner that's very convenient.

Visited a charming café in the Garden District, Louisiana, with my wife for brunch. I savored their delicious avocado toast, while she loved the flavorful French onion quiche. The cozy corner spot has great foot traffic and a welcoming vibe, even allowing our Yorkie inside. A minor tech glitch delayed our order, but the wait was worthwhile. Fantastic experience—definitely returning!
