The lady in the front was super nice! I feel so bad I did not ask her for her name. The vibes were nice bc you are on the corner and so the windows allows you to people watch in peace. I really like how the place is decorated. Unfortunately, the food was not that great. To be fair, I only ordered an almond croissant which was pretty hard — it tasted stale and I could not finish it. Iced latte and tea were a welcome stop on a hot day. Muffin was very dry and a Betty Crocker mix is better. Server was not kind at all though and was very put out that we even went inside.
I stopped by while visiting NOLA. I got an iced chai & it was real good. I later returned for lunch & had the chicken salad sandwich with chips which was a tasty treat. It's a cute little shop on the corner that's very convenient.
