Jalanda and the sweet young man at the host station were absolutely incredible. The ambiance was warm and inviting and so were the wait staff. They treated us like family . The staff even ensured our pup's doggie dish had ice in it to keep her cool on the patio. Wonderful experience and delicious food. Our fav were the oysters both raw and grilled. The shrimp boil was amazing too. Very flavorful. Thank you!!
Bbq shrimp were so good, I didn't care for the mashed potatoes with it, but that's just me. The greens were so good, little bit of sweetness and not bitter. My husband loved the shrimp n grits and chargrilled oysters. The strawberry and basil spritzer was also very good.
One can always count on a fun time at Grand Isle. We always request Callie to be our server but they are all very friendly and quick. We have been meeting traveling friends here for at least 10 years. Food selection is good. It's a short walk from Caesars new Hotel.
