If you’re looking for authentic NOLA flavors, this is the spot! I highly recommend the Oyster BLT. I ordered that dish and the Grilled Steak Cobb Salad, both were packed with flavor and absolutely amazing. The restaurant offers a great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Also, the staff is welcoming and friendly. Let try it when you come NOLA.

Our second visit. The food was great. Server Lindsey was candid, nice and attentive. I recommend the burger, which was cooked to a perfect medium. The Tempranillo drank and the Flambeaux shrimp was good. We'll be back.

They let me order cheese on my open face roast beef thing and it was plum delicious. I don't know if the chef appreciated it, but he did it anyway! Cocktails are yummy, too.

Food was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed the creative menu focusing on area cuisine. The swordfish was cooked perfectly with a good seasoning profile. It was a wonderful dinner to celebrate our anniversary.

This was absolutely the worst service ever. My friends and I dined in to celebrate a birthday and our entire visit was just a complete disaster. Our server Grace, absolutely no words for her. She was very inattentive, never bought out our refills, utensil’s, straws etc.. told us we had to have our food order two hours before closing.. never heard of anything like that but whatever. Nobody asked her to bring the cake out midway through dinner and then she had the audacity to not even bring out plates for the cake. We didn’t see her the rest of the night then the manager maddy, she was just dismissive about the entire situation even after us explaining our frustration so we completely understood the disconnect on why, I won’t mention it but I know I wouldn’t dare patronize this business ever again nor recommend it to anyone despite our excitement beforehand. Grace shouldn’t have came to work if she was having a bad day or didn’t want to serve a particular group of people because that’s what it was giving. Her entire body language and her rolling her eyes was insane. Please hire better staff.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. My party of 9 made reservations to celebrate a birthday. It was a chilly night and our tables were outside. There was only 1 working heater for our entire party. The inside of the restaurant was pretty empty and we were not offered better seating accommodations. The server Grace did not tell our party her name until we asked midway through the terrible service and she was reluctant to tell us. She even rolled her eyes. She never brought straws, refills, condiments, or a smile the entire night. She told us we had to order our food 2 hours before the restaurant closed. I’ve never heard of this, even with large parties. The food was okay. I had the Flambeaux Shrimp 6.5/10, mashed potatoes 4/10, and greens 6/10. Grace prematurely brought out our cake without asking if we wanted dessert or before clearing dinner plates. Many of us were still eating dinner. She brought the cake without dessert plates, spoons/forks, or a knife. Every time she went inside her body language was everything but pleasant and we could see her in the larger window. After that she didnt return to the table but the hostess/manager for the night Maddy, resumes our service without addressing the elephant in the room until we spoke of our dissatisfaction. Maddy did not apologize for Grace’s behavior but deflected and just asked if we needed anything else. She also gave her card without resolving the issues at hand while in person. I expected more in general from this restaurant. I especially wanted to try out Happy Hour. I will not return.

We, as locals, eat here as often as we are able. Great food, great cocktails, and the staff is beyond friendly. Lindsay is our favorite server. Be adventurous, order the unfamiliar, you will be amazed.
How did you remove the best steak in the from your menu.😪

Visited Dec 29th 5:15 reservations. We went on the intel from a tour guide this place was upper dining but with a common folk feel. Those thoughts are on point. I really wanted to love this place, and I liked the idea of it. But, the offering of a $160 dollar meal didn't match the expectations. Meals were really really good. Not great. Shrimp and grits- grits turned into a thick paste shortly after getting the meal. No fat to break it down. Duck with pork fat- duck was amazing, pork fat was too gelantous for us. I like the idea of a fat with a lean meat. So maybe it was us thinking something else was needed. Chicken and dumpling was on point! Gizzard starter was on point great idea to serve them with a savory sauce. I got the happy hour old fashioned. You got to muddle the fruit for a proper drink, but that is not a fault here, many places just drop in a cherry and orange slice.

Oddly cold night, and we were near the door for outside entrance as we sat inside. We wore jackets during our dinner. I say give this a try, it's got a good vibe.

Great service! Partner had the Benedict and Bloody Mary. He LOVED IT. I’m a vegetarian so knew that I would probably not have any options. I’m not holding that against this restaurant. But I couldn’t have the fish for a health reason so I got the chicken and avocado sandwich. It wasn’t anything out of this world but wasn’t bad.
