This was the best fried chicken I ever tasted. Hopefully I will get to visit again or they will build one Orlando :)

They overcharged me secretly on my bill. They added a $3 to the receipt out of nowhere and then added another $1 when posted. Not a lot but it shows how they steal from customers. Their fried chicken is mediocre at best, overcooked and very dry, even worse than the Popeyes chain. Significantly understaffed, one waitress serving the whole restaurant. Not recommended!

My wife and I had a late evening hunger that needed to be craved. We had a taste for chicken, and Gus was our second option. They stayed open at a great time to accommodate our hunger. Although we had a bit of a wait to sit down( there was a party of 28 people) so we were patient. The chicken was hot and fresh. Crisp skin, though I can't say that it was flavorful. It had a late kick of spice to it but the spice wasn't overwhelming. I want to try the tenders on my next outing and the greens.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Fried Chicken, which pleasantly surprised me with its perfect balance of flavor and spice. Each bite provided just the right amount of kick, leaving me craving more.Additionally, I must commend the exceptional service provided by our server, Victoria. Her attentiveness and friendly enhanced our dining experience significantly. And let's not forget about the pecan pie—it was simply irresistible!

It is entirely possible that due to personal circumstances I have not had good chicken in some 40 years. Unless you are 100% sure this does not relate to your story, go and try this.

Best fried chicken I’ve had in US. It’s a must try. To save you a trip, the Brother’s food mart’s fried chicken is dry and tasteless comparing to this.We had dine in and take out, both time got good quality. We had fried dark chicken. Green is good too!

Pretty good fried chicken, but not living up my expectations of world fame. The chicken is spicy but not as succulent as some other fried chicken from New Orleans. Atmosphere best described as cafeteria warehouse. I encourage you to try it, but it's not one of my top choices.

We were in town, and based on the high ratings, went here for dinner. The chicken was just ok, nothing to write home about... We all agreed we have had better fried chicken at a local buffet.Waiter was friendly, but it took a long time for the chicken to come out, since each order is cooked to order. The coating was especially dark, almost to the point of being unappetizing. Is fried chicken suppose to be dark brown? The chicken had a heavy paprika taste. The piece of white bread was used to soak up the oil, i think. The baked beans were way too sweet. The Mac and Cheese was bland.
