I feel like something was different this time. None of us enjoyed our snowball, which is a shocker because we usually LOVE hansen’s.
Maybe yall are diluting the flavors with more water so it can stretch? Idk, but all three snowballs tasted watery and bland.
This ice is life!!! No where will you get a better sno ball!!! The quality is exceptional!!! No doubt they created the sno ball!!! You haven’t had a sno ball until you’ve had one here!

Exactly what you expect from a New Orleans Staple.
Great sno balls. People working there are super nice. A small would have been plenty since they are packed so high above the cup.
Saw this on Samantha Brown’s show. I wasn’t sure if we were headed the right way because it’s amidst a residential area. There was a line when we arrived. I loved the atmosphere with all of the old decor and original signs and machines! Such a fabulous little place with delicious treats and friendly staff!
Fantastic experience. It was off the beaten path but still easy to get too. I was not expecting to like this but boy was I surprised. It was delicious and so unique. Lots of flavor combinations to pick from. Waiting in line was half the fun. We talked with locals and visitors to compare what everyone was thinking of getting. Once it was our turn the staff was helpful and friendly and they did not try and rush us. This is a MUST DO if visiting NOLA.

10/10 worth the walk from the St. Charles streetcar!

Cream of coconut sno ball with 2x condensed milk is to die for!!!
Solid 8 out of 10. Great selection of customization for whatever snowball you want, portion sizes are generous, and the mom-and-pop atmosphere is quite welcoming. If I could suggest anything, it would be to add more icecream flavors beyond vanilla, and maybe a dollar reduction in the larger sizes, but other than that, baker's kiss.
The snow ball ice is super fine.
