Ordered apple pie & Cinnamon roll but got cheese cake instead which wasn't that good either, the cinnamon roll was okay but pretty dry, overall it wasn't good

Wow, I'm shocked to read the previous reviews. I have nothing but praise. The packaging has always been amazing. So much so that they put the butter or toppings on the side in a container so your item doesn't get soggy. They aren't cheap w/packaging. I wouldn't mind them combining 2 bagels or pie slices into 1 box. If they run out of an item, they'lll replace w/closest they do have or write you a cute note apologizing w/a refund.I am deathly allergic to strawberries, my throat closes...if you handle them & touch my skin, it turns pink & puffs up. They are one of the few places that has responded w/actual care. They don't dismiss you. They are 1 of 2 places I can order cheesecake & not worry about strawberry contamination & an expensive hospital visit. Just pure enjoymentThey're professional. The portions are generous & the prices are fair. I always feel I've gotten my money's worth. I never regret treating myself to Hayden & West's delicious treats.

OMG! Don’t skip this place for dessert. We woke up from a late nap.. wanted something sweet and DoorDash to our Hotel from here.Couldn’t decide so we got 3.. Don’t Judge.The chocolate cake, danish and caramel pecan cinnamon roll was wonderful. So satisfying!

I ordered this through Uber eats. The chocolate cake had a horrible taste! The cookies were all crumbled, and they don’t package things well. About 1/4 of the food we ordered was spilled in the bag because they put a single slice of cake at the edge of an upside down styrofoam takeout container with dividers, so it jostled around a lot in delivery.

Ordered 6 cookies and a chocolate cheesecake slice. I got a regular cheese cake slice instead. I was disappointed that my order was wrong, but i might be willing to give benefit of the doubt that they might have just ran out of chocolate and gave me the next thing since I ordered on delivery at night. The Cheesecake tasted like it was store-bought, and the cookies were not impressive either. Once again, felt like store-bought in taste and texture.It's a pass to say the least. Hope the bakery changes things up. It's relatively convenient

I highly recommend this place. I got the oatmeal raisin cookies, cheesecake, blueberry muffin, and the apple crumb muffin. Everything was amazing bit i definitely need to spotlight the apple crumb muffin. It was so moist and orgasmic. I don't even know what else to say besides go try it you won't be disappointed. Also the cookies were so soft and flavorful, I will definitely be back.
