reviews looked good. Food looked decent just ordered from there. This was the driest nastiest desserts not impressed at all apple fritter was disgusting. Brownie was dry and crumbly. Cheesecakes had the wrong sauce and my pecan cinnamon roll thing was hard as a rock wasted 30 something dollars would not recommend ever very disappointing. Plus they use the satanic Oreo cookies in their brownies with the Satanic emblem. I mean, my God people WTF.

Ordered apple pie & Cinnamon roll but got cheese cake instead which wasn't that good either, the cinnamon roll was okay but pretty dry, overall it wasn't good

Wow, I'm shocked to read the previous reviews. I have nothing but praise. The packaging has always been amazing. So much so that they put the butter or toppings on the side in a container so your item doesn't get soggy. They aren't cheap w/packaging. I wouldn't mind them combining 2 bagels or pie slices into 1 box. If they run out of an item, they'lll replace w/closest they do have or write you a cute note apologizing w/a refund.I am deathly allergic to strawberries, my throat closes...if you handle them & touch my skin, it turns pink & puffs up. They are one of the few places that has responded w/actual care. They don't dismiss you. They are 1 of 2 places I can order cheesecake & not worry about strawberry contamination & an expensive hospital visit. Just pure enjoymentThey're professional. The portions are generous & the prices are fair. I always feel I've gotten my money's worth. I never regret treating myself to Hayden & West's delicious treats.

OMG! Don’t skip this place for dessert. We woke up from a late nap.. wanted something sweet and DoorDash to our Hotel from here.Couldn’t decide so we got 3.. Don’t Judge.The chocolate cake, danish and caramel pecan cinnamon roll was wonderful. So satisfying!

I ordered this through Uber eats. The chocolate cake had a horrible taste! The cookies were all crumbled, and they don’t package things well. About 1/4 of the food we ordered was spilled in the bag because they put a single slice of cake at the edge of an upside down styrofoam takeout container with dividers, so it jostled around a lot in delivery.

Ordered 6 cookies and a chocolate cheesecake slice. I got a regular cheese cake slice instead. I was disappointed that my order was wrong, but i might be willing to give benefit of the doubt that they might have just ran out of chocolate and gave me the next thing since I ordered on delivery at night. The Cheesecake tasted like it was store-bought, and the cookies were not impressive either. Once again, felt like store-bought in taste and texture.It's a pass to say the least. Hope the bakery changes things up. It's relatively convenient

If I didn't know any better, I think these chocolate chunk cookies are from Rouse's. They not fresh baked and just remind me of cookies I've bought at Rouses and sadly of all they taste like it. And I asked for chocolate chip, what I got was chocolate chunk. And can't call business, they have a voicemail system and voicemails are full!

The cookies are horrible, cold with big square chocolate chips, there’s absolutely nothing unique about the flavor nor the appearance.
They are awesome. The cinnamon rolls are the stuff dreams are made of PERFECTION!!

I wanted to send my daughter some sweet treats for her birthday and found this place on Uber Eats. The other place I had ordered before was closed on Mondays so I gave H&W a shot. I ordered 2 chocolate muffins, 2 chocolate cupcakes, apple pie and apple muffin. I got to try the apple muffin and chocolate cupcake when I came to visit her a week later and both were delicious and conserved really well! My daughter said the chocolate muffin and apple pie were also really yummy. The size of these goodies is quite large - maybe slightly larger than Costco-sized muffins. Only small problem was the delivery driver had trouble locating the address for drop off which was my daughter's Tulane residence hall. I would definitely recommend Hayden and West Treats if you're looking to order some sweets.

I just ordered some treats on Uber eats. Hands-down the best cinnamon roll I've ever eaten in my entire life! Haven't even gotten to the other goodies yet but I just want to give this place their props! Will definitely recommend and will definitely be a return customer

Ok so, I ordered off uber eats because I'm at work and wanted something sweet. Well, I ordered a cinnamon roll and half a dozen chocolate chip cookies (don't judge me I'm being greedy). So let me tell you about this cinnamon roll! Oh my goodness. It was soooooo yummy and fluffy and delicious, and the icing was sweet but not too sweet and the consistency, PERFECTION!! Cookies are amazing too.. they are a little on the fluffy cakey side, while I like mine on the more dense chewy side , they are still amazing though. Yall try them out!

I highly recommend this place. I got the oatmeal raisin cookies, cheesecake, blueberry muffin, and the apple crumb muffin. Everything was amazing bit i definitely need to spotlight the apple crumb muffin. It was so moist and orgasmic. I don't even know what else to say besides go try it you won't be disappointed. Also the cookies were so soft and flavorful, I will definitely be back.
