Best service in town and the food is always spot on !
I was dining with four of my friends and we were hoping for a classy night out on the town with good food.
Halfway through the meal, the waitress accidentally poured an entire glass of water directly on my lap and though it absolutely wasn't on purpose, nobody from the restaurant apologized and there was no discount/concession given.
From a customer service perspective this is just bad business – – comp us a free dessert, or have the manager come over and apologize...read full review
