One of my favorite spots in all of New Orleans that combines fine dining with great, local flavors! Recently ate there two nights in a row … and would have easily gone back for a third.

An amazing menu with delicious food and the best cocktails we had during our trip to NOLA. We had a great evening of sharing a bunch of dishes among a group of 4 friends. The wait staff was very attentive and paced the dishes during the evening so we always had new foods coming.
We were underwhelmed with the menu and food. There was nothing special about our meal. The pomergranet cosmopolitan was bitter, The rabbit lacked flavor and it only had apple slaw, it needed some type of Au Jus. Our spaghetti was supposed to have been a new spin on a carbonnara with a panko enrusted egg where the yoke was to run but it was hard boiled. My steak was cooked perfect and our salad was good. The service excellant but not compelled to back. I just do not see the draw?

Very adequate restaurant and locale. They are celebrating 25 yrs which is a feat of its own. Small plates were good sized; gumbo was a standout. Claudia was a great personality; T needs to step up his game. Big dessert offerings.

Solo traveler here. Sat at the bar and had an amazing meal. Started with a sauteed oyster mushroom dish that was killer paired with my delicious old fashioned. I also had the spaghetti which was amazing! Bravo to these lovely flavors. Service was great as well, very busy place would reccommend a reservation.

Make a reservation, it's worth it.
Muscovy Roasted duck leg: delicate, moist, great flavor with an orange sauce on a bed of rice. Fell right the bone
Wagu bavette: med rare, more rare. Only 6 slices but perfectly cooked. Served with fries that were crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Dessert: banana brown butter tart ala mode. Wonderful!
We had the bartender make us non-alcoholic drinks they have a house pomegranate drink with trying.
We had the best service. The kitchen was backed up and we were offered free drinks and comped our dessert.
It was a bit crowded so be prepared to be close to other guests.

We went for a 60th birthday celebration. The food was incredible and the service was incredible too. We had the crudo, the short ribs and the duck. For dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake and the Mont Blanc. Every bite was absolutely delicious. Even the signature mocktail was so tasty. I highly recommend.

We love this small more local restaurant. The service is terrific without getting over done. Really recommend.
Herbsaint: A Must-Visit in New Orleans!
One of the most delicious meals I’ve had in New Orleans hands down! Everything, and I mean everything, was absolutely incredible. From the craft cocktails to the perfectly cooked steak and dessert, every bite was bursting with flavor and made with care.
The service was immaculate, attentive without being overbearing, and the entire team made us feel so welcomed. The ambience was warm, lively, and inviting the kind of place that makes you want to linger just a little longer.
If you’re in New Orleans, Herbsaint is a 10/10 experience that truly captures the city’s culinary soul. Highly recommend! 🍸🥩🍰✨

I will start by saying I am no food critic. I have however eaten at many fantastic restaurants over the years including one or two michelin star restaurants. Having that said, this was by far the best dining experience I have had from the quality of the food down to the service. After speaking with Chef Tyler he was kind enough to order for our party due to our indecisiveness, which meant we got to try a good portion of the menu. It was a true VIP experience that will be hard to top. I'm not sure I would be interested in eating at any other fine dining establishment
