My wife and I stayed in NOLA for St. Paddy's Day weekend 3/14 - 18 2024. The HEY coffee shop was on our way to Canel St. The staff was super friendly & the coffee was extremely tasty & fresh. They roast the beans right there in the shop. What is really cool is they used biodegradable cups. They also use a dried pasta noodle as a straw. Definitely wanna go back next time we are in NOLA.

Came in this morning and was greeted immediately and felt like my best friend was making my coffee. I had a request to leave out the ice in my coffee because I won’t be able to drink it until later, and i didn’t want the ice to melt and make it watery. Corsiatto was so friendly and had no problem doing that for me. I felt like writing a review because I’ve had this request at other coffee shops around, and they have always been rude about it. Thanks hey coffee for always making my day better!

Best coffee in New Orleans, no joke. Best ive within the US. Hand selected, sourced coffee roasted on site to Hey!'s standards. Espresso and drip superb.They sell beans, drinks and pastries, plus coffee items such as mugs, etc.Friendly and engaging owner and dedicated patrons.

Always super friendly staff and great coffee. They have a selection of baked goods that make for a great snack or breakfast. There are a few small tables to sit, and I often see people getting a bit of work done. Generally always easy to find some street parking. Great spot overall!

I love Hey Cafe! It is always where I grab coffee for/with out of town visitors and I go out of my way weekly to integrate grabbing a coffee to go into my schedule. Everyone is so friendly, engaging, and warm. While the space is small, I have never found it cramped. Extra points for Corsiatto who is always a stimulating conversationist!

just stopped in and got a coffee from cortalia (i am confident i spelled their name wrong, sorry about that!). they were super friendly and had a lot of great information about their locally roasted coffee. i've been a long time fan of hey coffee and cannot recommend enough! truly a great local coffee shop!

The service is friendly, the coffee is crafted to perfection, and you have a choice to sit inside or out❤️.I’ve begun buying their freshly roasted Espresso bean blend for homemade cappuccino and it’s a great choice for those days when I can’t be there to order in person. Probably would also make a great gift?.
