yummy food, welcoming atmosphere, fun array of events! the loyal customer base speaks volumes <3
Great vegan ice cream!!
I love HI-BALLZ! The space is so warm and inviting. The food and drinks are delicious. My favorite is the watermelon gazpacho. Nathan the owner is so kind and thoughtful. They often use the space to host community events. The neighborhood is lucky to have them!
one of my favorite places to sit and relax! beautiful, comfy atmosphere. delicious, quality menu items. the kratom and kava mocktails are my favorite! as someone who normally doesn’t even try vegan options, this place has truly gotten me to absolutely love vegan food:))
Food was great, folks were friendly. Not a lot of choices, but the choices were good Updated from previous review on 2024-06-23
I bought a sandwich, a cookie, and a brownie. Everything was delicious. The brownie was a bit too bitter for my taste buds. Think primarily cacao if that makes sense. It has a dark chocolate taste to it and I consider dark chocolate bitter (personal preference), but I still ate all of that brownie which speaks to the taste! I was offered a sample of ice cream and it was the best tasting vegan ice cream I have had in this area. Reminds me of Oatly. I will definitely be back here again.
Delicious iced lemon balm tea with sugar.
My lil sis got the ginger tea. They use real ginger so it is spicy.
Recommend visiting here to sit and recover in the heat!
Great place to sit and study a very social environment! I recommend visiting at least once.??
UPDATED review: to whom it may concern, I left a review (2stars but just being honest) from one VEGAN to another. Someone replied to my review obviously having me confused with someone else claiming I “received a free sample” I have receipts from the ice cream my husband and I purchased (who is a vegan by the way not a carnivore like your response claims). We had never been to this establishment but once to try the ice cream (lavender) I had no idea what it tasted like as it was my first time. Also, there was no other costumers there at the time I went, there was a nice gentleman behind the counter that’s all. I had come to to this business from good word of mouth but honestly I was not impressed therefore being honest because Google asked me to leave a review. However, the person who responded is clearly mistaking me for someone else!
Great little spot to relax. Get the hi-ballz sandwich! All ingredients for the sandwich are sourced locally and Nathan is wonderful

Do not miss out on this gem of a place! Delicious vegan treats and luscious soft serve - I had a coconut lime cream pie and a small lavender-vanilla soft serve. The cafe itself is beautiful and vibrant, with tables, chairs or couches.Service was impeccable, so warm and friendly!
Excellent food, one of the best kava bars I’ve been to
Atmosphere really cool. Food so good esp the soup! LGBTQ support.
Heard about this place by word of mouth! Came in and had a Kratom Banana tea drink. Super good, the owner is polite and kind. Gave us water and a sample of vegan soft serve while our drinks were being made. Lots of impressive and colorful artwork too!
Enjoyed a fantastic tasting sandwich plus a sample of their delicious soft serve. Very pleasant space!
