Hooks Catching & Frying

The food is good, but the lady that take the orders her customer service skills in terrible, I ordered my food and try sitting in there and eat I asked can she turn the air conditioner on because it’s hot she told me the air is on I said no it’s not …. I will not be coming back

Hooks is tasty because it's always prepared fresh and the cook is never afraid to season the food. The gentleman in front at the register is very accommodating and he understands the menu well. Ive had the philly, catfish, shrimp, and fried chicken wings and I can't stop ordering those to try other things. I'll tell anybody that hasn't been here to eat their food! Best Philly on this side hands down.

Good food, crappie service. The guy taking our order has an attitude and seem like he didn’t want to be there…. The good was cooked fresh so it was good and hot.

Two piece red fish "combo" meaning fries. The fish tastes like the grease going up the chimney. Not horrible but bad. Too bad. Could be a great place if they would change the fryer oil regularly and fry atbthe correct temperature so the oil doesn't permeate the fish.

They used to have good chicken tenders but their new ones are all breading. There was hardly any chicken meat in the tender. PLEASE go back to the old tenders that were fat with chicken meat. The fries were good. The hush puppies were good.

I go here alot but lately they been giving me cold fries and I won't realize it till I get home so today I checked my food before I left the store and show enough I had cold fries so I tell her my fries are cold so she supposedly give me fresh fries 2 minutes later but when I bit Into it it was hard and brown so instead of giving me fresh fries they just through the old fries back in the grease and said they was fresh. So just to make sure I wasn't trippin I ordered another fry and it tasted nothing like the supposedly fresh fries they gave me the first time so she looked at me right in my eyes and lied when I asked if they dipped my old fries back in the grease I can't mess with this hooks no more but I'll go to the other one

I can only speak for the whole red snapper. When the young guys in service sucks felt like I was unappreciated as a constant paying customer. Good food poor service.
