Really good donuts provided by indifferent staff. Loved the Apple Pie, Maple Bacon, and Red Velvet donuts I got. They are large enough to share or save half for later. Staff was not unfriendly, just not there or not super helpful.

Doughnut was a little stale, for 3.25 wouldn't expect that
The young lady working behind the counter on April 29, 2026 at 1132am, needs to pause her cell phone conversation when helping a customer, first I didn't know she was ready for me (sorry I dont read minds if your listening to me or the person on the phone), second ask the person your having your personal call to hold on a minute, you have a customer.
Not the best experience here and probably will not be back or recommend

Great fresh donuts, staff was very kind. When a drifter walked in a tried harassing the crowd the staff promptly walked him out. They did give him a free donut to get him out.

Really good donuts and they are huge.
I thought the cost per nut was too much but once I got there and saw the size it made sense.

Doughnuts are great. The woman taking my order thought it was a good idea to stack the doughnuts on top of each other. As you can see, the jelly came off on the sides of the bag. Thankfully, I was able to get some of the jelly off the sides and add it back to the doughnut myself.

I’ve loved hurts donuts ever since I first tried them a couple years ago, but as of late I think they are going downhill. When you go to get a donut at 7am there’s no reason they should be cold, they didn’t use to be, but now they’re never hot! Then, it’s smoky and unpleasant smelling. Why is it so smoky if you don’t have hot donuts? It’s just not what it used to be, you can definitely tell there’s new ownership or leadership. Hell the workers don’t even want to be there. They pack donuts for their family/friends in front the customers they aren’t servicing!

4 stars. One of the best donuts I have tasted. It melts in your mouth and ita not to sweet. Doesn't leave the sugar crumbs everywhere. Its definitely delicious but I took one star away for the price. Its worth being more expensive than other donuts but not 2xs more I was charged $20 for a dozen when I get a dozen from any where for less than $13 different states and countries. Its the most expensive I've ever encountered. Yes the taste is GREAT but for the price I wont recommend or re visit.

The slim skinny young lady working the front intentionally went to the back to sell me old glaze donut instead of handing me a warm fresh glaze off the rack sitting on top of display
Donuts don't be cooked all the way through sometimes taste like raw dough

I got donuts from Uber Eats and it was late I ordered 1/2 dozen they gave me a dozen so thank you, I must say these donuts we the best..
I wanted two small boxes instead of one big box for my donuts because I was on my motorcycle and it became an argument with a manager after I spent$37
