This donut shop conveniently located next to our hotel so we grabbed some donuts after checking out. The customer service was very friendly. The glazed donuts were really big and delicious. The fruity pebbles tasted more like a donut stick than. The girls really enjoyed them.

Donuts are great. Every one is a work of art. The service, however, leaves something to want. The guy behind the counter looks like he considers taking his life every morning. No smile. No words. I greet him. Wishing him good morning and silence. He gets my donuts without a word and rings me up. Walked off to help another customer. I had to grab my own receipt. If you guys had servers that were friendly I'd have to give 5 stars.

Told the short haired brunette the half and half was out, and when I had to prove it to her she said "Wow, don't we both look foolish".

Donuts are ok, customer service needs improvement in etiquette. Overall, don't see myself being a repeat customer.

Great tasting donuts. There is no where to park and tons of homeless just sitting around on both sides of the doors drinking booze at 8:00am. After circling the block 10 times (son's bday and he really wanted Hurts so was making it happen) a parking spot did opened up and then all the door dash drivers just parked on the road and blocked me in. I honked at one to move and she gets out and yells at me. The donuts are great as always at a Hurts, but at this location just drop someone off to run in and grab them while someone else circles the block and then pick the donut runner up. I wouldn't plan on eating in location.
