We had a wonderful time here. The restaurant staff was entertaining and friendly. Loved the live music singing. We had the opportunity to meet Nate, the executive chef and he just exemplified southern hospitality. He took time to explain their experience with the Kitchen Nightmares show. Honestly, of all the restaurants we ate at during our vacation, this was the best! This place is NOT a kitchen nightmare! It is a classy eatery, well-appointed with decor and a welcoming ambiance. Great shout out to the owners! We recognized Bonnie from the show as she walked by but we didn’t want to bother her as she looked pretty busy.

Small portions. Burnt jambalaya. And the chef was too busy to come talk about it with only 8 guest in the building. Po-Boy bread subpar at best. No bite to it. Run Run as fast as you can. These guys are a joke.

Food was ok, nothing great. However it was definitely overpriced for how it tasted. I had the fried shrimp poboy which was fine.

Terrible TERRIBLE food…. Even though The waiter was friendly. One of us had stomachache right after the ‘meal’ and the other dish we order only came with four possibly frozen shrimps (and the dish cost $25!???!!!?)

We tried to dispute the bill with the bank but failed. Avoid this place unless you have no other choices (very unlikely!).

This is one of the terrible experiences we had in New Orleans during the Memorial Day Weekend. AVOID THIS PLACE!

We had a better meal at McDonald’s after leaving the ‘place’.

Went here yesterday with a group of coworkers. Friendly staff, very attentive and took care of us all. The atmosphere was nice and very cozy. Restaurant was clean and had a really nice vibe. As far as the food, the drinks were on point, gumbo was fantastic, the beignets and bread pudding were a sweet surprise. Overall great experience. Only downfall, we were a day early for the live entertainment!

This was our 1st time here and we loved it! Darlene, Tinashe the bartender, and Bonnie were all so friendly and welcoming! The crabcake and shrimp grits were both delicious as were the drinks! Going back tonight for live music, appetizers and drinks!
Highly recommended:)

I went with a party of 4 and we sampled multiple things on the menu. The boudin balls were were extremely dry on the outside and mushy on the inside, the sauce that came with it was thick and cold. The gator bites came out in the tiniest bowl, which seemed like a scam given that they were $17. For entrees, the jambalaya was alright but the chicken on top was the saltiest and driest chicken I have ever tasted. The shrimp and grits were also very watery and soggy, the grits tasted like they were made from an instant box. The shrimp themselves were drowning in a salty cream sauce. The beers came out lukewarm and when we asked for a chilled glass, they did not have any available. Our waters came late and when they did, there were gnats in them. The share plates were dirty and had bits of lettuce or black marks on them. Overall, our experience at the restaurant itself was poor. However since eating there that night, all members of our party have been sick. We have been dealing with stomach issues to say the least and it could not have been any other culprit than our dinner at this restaurant.

We love the food and atmosphere at Iberville Cuisine! The restaurant reminds me of an elegant supper club back in the day with a singer who can sing the standards, jazz and everything in between. You can enjoy music for adults and have a conversation at your table. There are TV’s for the sports fanatics or sit at the bar where the friendly bartenders will make delicious and colorful drinks. This is a great place and the staff treats you like family.

Came here last year and forgot to leave a review. Planning a trip to NOLA next year and this restaurant will be on the itinerary. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the good food!
