Came here on Tuesday February 25th, 2025 at 10:10am and there's locks on the door and they are closed.
I found out from the Waffle House nearby that they said this location shut down 2 months ago and they didn't give the employees paychecks for the last four weeks that they were open.

Food and service good, but the seats are uncomfortable and worn out and the air was extremely cold when it was like 50 degrees outside. My waitress was friendly and attentive, also the host upon entering. Food was good but when you pay extra for a topping making sure you're giving an amount to satisfy the side and or amount of the food.

i had ordered a world famous combo with 2 new york cheesecake pancakes. what ever sauce they use is not cheesecake sauce. it taste like old whipped cream and butter mixed with chocolate. I called the store numerous times and no one answered. This store workers are horrible and so is the food quality. if i could rate zero stars this store would be it.

I placed an online order for delivery. My coworkers and I ordered two 2 x 2 x2 one with Turkey sausage and one with pork sausage links. 2 sides of hashbrowns one crispy and one regular, a Big Steak omelette with blueberry pancakes. When we the driver delivered our order, we were missing the regular hash brown and instead of turkey sausage, they gave us turkey bacon. So I brought the order back to the store(everything except the steak omelette). When I walk in one of the servers yelled out “order return” and told the manager I was there to return an order. I told the manager what was wrong with the order and she proceeded to tell me that they don’t sell turkey sausage, they only have turkey bacon and it stated on that on the website. I told her that it doesn’t say that on the website and my receipt clearly states turkey sausage. She said well we don’t have turkey sausage, so I settled for the Turkey Bacon. The manger calls to the back for them to make the missing hash brown. I informed her that I would like to have the two orders that were being returned remade because they were cold by now. She snatches the bag and yells across the restaurant at the servers to make sure they put everything in customers bags because she hates remaking food. Once the order was done she called for one of the servers to “bring that lady her food”. I asked the server could she have the manager to come a speak with me. The server went and told the manager I wanted to speak with her, the manager tells the server “tell that lady to leave me alone”. She never came to speak with me and continued to stock up the paper products. I asked one of the servers for the mangers name, she seemed hesitant to give it to me but she ended up telling me the managers name was Yernisha/Jernisha. I patronize IHOP all the time, I’ve even been to this particular IHOP several times because it’s not to far from my house. I have never been treated with such disrespect. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at IHOP or any restaurant for that matter. I will never patronize this particular IHOP ever again! I don’t care how close it is to my house.
Enjoyable experience. Food is always pretty good. Cleanliness has come a long way with a little more work to do at times. But I can tell they are trying. I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade. I miss it being open 24 hours but covid changed a lot of things. I hope to continue patronizing this location. Server training and cleanliness will continue to keep you guys in our community. See y’all again soon.

Out of sweet tea when you order a 30oz through the app and to replace it they give you a little ass cup of soda that is maybe 8oz after you pay 4.99 for the 30oz tea. Poor management and employees don't give 2 shits.

Food was not good, service sucked they messed up every order and one order 4 times. I will never eat there again. And we found out the district manager was working on the floor and did nothing about these issues. There were six of us the drinks were messed up, the drinks showed up in weird increments. Some of us would have our drinks and others would not. Not good service. The cook messed up simple burger 4 times and got mad about it, needs to be fired!
