Great place that's open late. We got a cookie ice cream sandwich: 2 snickerdoodle cookies with cookie dough and salted caramel ice cream. It was delicious! The lady behind the counter was so nice and the store was clean as a whistle.

The product is standard across the board, but unfortunately the customer service at this location ruins the experience. Every time I’ve been the workers are blatantly rude to customers, rolling their eyes, making comments to coworkers, for simple asks. If you’re looking for customer service, do NOT come here.

They say it closes at 3am but close early everytime I try to come before that. Love leaving my home to be met with the unfortunate reality that insomnia cookies is unreliable at most.

So I always wanted to try insomnia cookies to see what the hype was about- I chose the double chocolate mint cookie and it wasn’t in the box, if they were out of the double chocolate mint cookies, that would have been perfectly fine, but at least give me a curtesy call and allow me to choose what cookie I would like to replace it with. the expected time of arrival kept getting later and later, no phone updates. Then when I tried to call the store, no one picked up the phone. I called multiple times to try to get an update on the status of my cookies. I could understand if it was during busy day time hours, but it’s literally 12:58 am and no one is answering the phone. The cookies were broken in half. The cookies tasted good, but it’s not worth the terrible customer service. I’ll just stick to crumbl.

Just let me cancel if it has been 2 hours- don’t try to tell me it’s out for delivery only to have me calling you back one hour later begging you to let me cancel please cause I have to go to bed- just- no

Let me just start out by saying I am not the type of person to ever leave a review for anything, with that being said my partner and I looked at our phone at 12 am and rushed from kenner to this location to try and make it before they closed. I work in service i know how shitty that is but I was really craving it and so when i went in and the girl [tiara or tara] was MORE than friendly, welcoming and giving us 100% even 15 minutes before they closed i was starstruck. Give this girl a raise she deserves it and probably more!! She was there by herself and was so polite even though i know how much those solo nights suck. She got our order perfect and so quick. I really cannot boast about this stranger enough she is someone you want working with you!! AND WE WILL BE BACK.

It’s been a few years since I last visited Insomnia Cookies, and it seems like their cookies have gotten smaller since then. While they’re still tasty, the size and quality don’t quite match the high price. Overall, they feel a bit overpriced for what you get.
Ordered an order of gluten free cookies as well as wheat cookies. They put my gluten free cookies in the same box as the wheat cookies so that I could not even eat my gluten free cookies. They also forgot my husbands red velvet cookie. When I called back to let them know they still send my order wrong this time only wheat cookies and no red velvet still. Could not eat my $30 cookie order and insomnia nor under eats will refund me even though I have pics.

didn’t even get a chance to try the cookies. from out of town & we tried to catch it on our way out at 12. we arrived and it wasnt even open although there was movement in the store & she had music blasting so loud we could hear it from our vehicle. we stayed for about 30 minutes and the woman in there pretended she didn’t see us and continued to move around in the kitchen area without paying us any mind. the building was cute but how could i even truly enjoy it when we were payed no mind even when we knew for a fact she could see us

The cookies were right out of the oven when we picked them up and they were cooked thoroughly. The cookies were good,but I don't know if I would make a separate trip to the Garden District just for them,I'd have to be in the area. Service was fantastic. The person working the shop with the green hair made a good recommendation.
