Great service... Delicious, authentic NOLA food. We had the lobster Bolognese with a side of cheesy bread. It was fabulous. Lovely classic decor.

I had friends in from out of town and Jack Rose is always a vibe. However, on a Wednesday night their service was ridiculous. We had to ask the bus boy to get our server on multiple occasions, finally involved a manager. They took care of our drinks, but there are too many amazing restaurants in New Orleans to have that poor quality of service at that price point.

In town for a wedding reception. Had dinner here at our hotel to make it easy. We were blown away how good this restaurant was! We had 6 people in our party with a last minute addition of 4 people. Their manager was so accommodating and got us a table together. The wait staff was so good! Max was our server. She was amazing! We spent 2.5 hours there and enjoyed every minute. Thank you for a memorable dining experience.

I was disappointed - not with the restaurant but by my own expectations. I expected more of a fine dining experience, with multiple servers, careful food delivery and timing, and servers trained for correct table service. (although the servers were very good and tried their best). This restaurant is aesthetically beautiful, with lovely rooms. But the ambience in general is busy and loud. A place to be seen, but not heard! We were seated in the middle of the room and shouted to have conversation. The food was quite good, although it could have been served a little quicker - the fish was warm, not hot. If you like the busy bar-like restaurant scene, you'll enjoy Jack Rose.

Celebrated a birthday dinner here, and what a fun place to celebrate! The vibes and service were great. The chicken parm was honestly one of my favorite meals while in NOLA. Would absolutely recommend this place.

I came here for my birthday the food was great , the drinks okay . The server was good except she ask me if I would like dessert asking someone who is celebrating special occasion is just not great service to me . Wow your guest just bring the dessert and I was charged for it after asking for one . Most places I been too didn’t charge for birthday dessert . Other than that beautiful spot , food was delicious .
A great visit! We enjoyed the delicious and creative New Orleans focused dishes. Julia; our server, was very nice and attentive. The dining room's decor is attractive and sumptuous. Jeannette S.; Jack Rose Front of House Manager, is a gem—she is such a people person! Her upbeat demeanour made us feel at home. Like a conductor of a finely tuned orchestra, Jeannette set the tone and tempo of our fine dining experience. On a previous night, we relaxed in the restaurant’s whimsical vintage themed lounge.

Jack Rose is often overlooked and that is a mistake. This was our 2nd time in a few months, and it was outstanding. We are locals which means we have a ton of options, obviously. Do not miss out on the garlic bread app (more like king cake), the banana leaf speckled trout, and the cookies and milk dessert (very elevated). Cheers!

On a recent visit, my daughter and her friends split their check between three credit cards. Despite this, my daughter’s card was inadvertently charged for both her meal and that of another guest.
When the error was brought to the restaurant’s attention, we were advised that in order for my daughter to be refunded, we would either need to provide the other guest’s credit card information so it could be reprocessed, or have my daughter personally resolve the issue with the acquaintance.
In other words, to recover funds incorrectly charged to my daughter’s card, we are expected to correct a mistake made by THEIR server.
Sadly, up until now this was one of our favorite restaurants while visiting the city. However, given this experience, we will not be returning.
