Staff putting significant effort into making sure you have a pleasant and memorable experience, especially for special occasions. Everything was perfect. I only feel that my steak's quality wasn't worth the price point, entirely, but overall an OK value per dollar; the flavor was amazing, but the meat was a little too firm than what I was expecting. Great experience, 8.5/10 recommended.
Arrived late in the evening to the hotel and found this gem right in our hotel! The food and service were awesome. The atmosphere was very energetic and could be a bit loud for some but that is the vibe at Jack Rose. The place seems to be the destination scene for many celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, friendly get-togethers and just having a good time...and isn't that what New Orleans is all about! Definitely not to be missed when visiting or if you are a local.
One of the best meals I have ever had! They were so accommodating for our large group, and the recommendations they provided were outstanding. Would recommend coming here to anyone!
