Found Jeanae on Google when I was searching for custom cookies. Easy and efficient ordering process - filled out a form online describing what I'd like, chose a delivery date 4 days later, received an email and invoice within 1 day confirming my order, and paid online. I experienced no problems and I appreciated the quick turnaround! I chose my shape and design from cookies featured on her Instagram account, but from what I can tell she can make almost any shape, etc. that you want! The whole process was much easier than going to a bakery in person (especially during COVID times) and the pricing was super reasonable. It cost roughly $20 for 12 cookies (packed as 2 cookies per individually wrapped favor bag for a total of 6 bags), with $5 delivery. Jeanae was nice enough to include a 7th favor bag. They taste just as great as they look!Highly recommend to anyone with custom cookie, cupcake, or cake needs!

The whole experience was so painless. I filled out the form online. Jeanea was very responsive and sent the invoice in a timely manner. I just told her that my daughter wanted a baby shark cake and she loved pink, and that I wasn't picky as long as it fit the theme and had pink. The cake was delivered on time, I just slept through the knock, she put bags around it to keep any bugs from getting to the cake before I got to it. It was beautifully wrapped and my daughter and I adored the cake! I accidentally broke the ale in half getting it out of the box, but prior to that baby shark looked amazing. I will definitely be ordering more cakes from here. As a busy mom I loved the convenience, price and the quality! Thank you Jeanea for being so amazing!

I was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. Jeanea was very accommodating and helpful. She worked with me to get birthday cupcakes to a student at Tulane. And she did it on very short notice. They were beautiful and, I was told, they were moist and delicious. The first was consumed before I got the call that they had arrived and could request a photo, so I could see how they turned out. Ordering was easy, payment was easy and the whole transaction was completed without any hitches. I have already recommended JCB Creations to friends who know people in New Orleans.

Our company was coming down to NOLA from NC and we needed the cookies delivered to our hotel so they would be there upon arrival. Jeanea did just that and they were there when we arrived.
