Good place to stop for food. The food is decent, of a little high. A bowl of gumbo is as good deal.

I wouldn’t have believed it…but the chicken sandwich was one of the best I ever had. I had low expectations and wished I had taken a pic. Afterwards, I commented to the counter how good it was, and she told me they marinate the chicken for at least 12 hours. And it tasted like it. Very tender and juicy.

We were here on a trip. Almost all of us got the patty melt. We all got furious food poisoning. There was a lot of people. 15 dollars for a school cafeteria burger patty on bread. Horrible.

$42 for 2 pattie melts, coffee cake and a Powerade, you would think they could use fresh ground patties instead of premade probably precooked patty!

This place needs a serious tune up for being at the WWII museum. Rude customer service, awful prices, and the atmosphere is hearing the employees scream orders until the person walks up or NEXT CUSTOMER! Food is over priced, worst or at par with theme park pricing. $15 salads for basically lettuce, cheese, and ham. $14 Chicken Quesadilla with White Cheddar Cheese? (Apparently Mexican cheese blend is too hard to get). $3.75 Water, Soda fountain drinks come in a small cup to also be $1 for a refill.

Do better.

Almost no vegetarian options unless you want a $14 premade salad. Most items aren’t priced. Finally got up to order and the woman told us “no shakes!” despite the place being designed as a retro ice cream shop. Grilled cheese and “soup” came with unmarked greenish watery sour soup, not tomato as one would assume.

The food is too overpriced and the chicken sandwich is very dry. The gift shop is good full of good choices. The menue is pricy the only thing under 10$ is gumbo in a small cup.

Cool little throwback spot. Food was excellent. treats are even better. We went just spur of the moment, and was packed. wait wasnt terrible but the crowd had me feeling ways that wasnt the business's fault. Would definitely frequent this spot if i lived in the area.

Like others have said, the price is kind of high for counter service, but the food quality was great! We got a beef patty melt and the gumbo. Super friendly service, short wait time, and charming atmosphere. We didn’t get to try any desserts but they had a display of several delicious-looking treats.

3PM really? Who closes at 3PM on a Saturday? In New Orleans? Unacceptable.

Lots of tasty treats in here and the ice cream is tasty but overpriced. The desserts all look good but the sandwiches didn't really look all that great. This spot seems to just be more of a place for the tourists going to the WWII museum and priced accordingly.

Very overpriced. $14 for a hot dog and $14 for a ham sandwich. Come on. Everything in here is overpriced. You would sell so much more if your prices were affordable.

VERY over priced, flavorless, practically inedible food. $14 for a shriveled up hot dog. In addition, we had congealed soup, bland grilled cheese, flavorless patty melts, and incredibly dry chicken. For these items it was $80. Never again.
