The worst experience I have ever had at a Jimmy John's. RUDE EMPLOYEES!

I went in because of the promise of "the world's best deli sandwiches" on the outside windows, only to find inside a sad formuliac franchise who's bean-counter's had sucked out any sense of charm, character, or flourish right out of the place. The menu was uninspired. The counterperson was fine, but the product recieved in exchange for a handsome sum of money was nothing short of disappointing; both visually and taste-wise. The sandwich looked as if I had been pressed between books. The thin slices of meat were measured to a corporate formula (and no more, Mr. Cratchet or it will come out of your wages!), the tomatoes were hot-house incubated and card board quality with no taste, and the toppings, hardly identifiable, were scant. Not a flicker of generosity, flair, or creativity. Hardly the world's best-if you're going to use that phrase you should at least try to live up to it. Maybe just Subway-adjacent. Go there, they don't profess to be the world's greatest, so you're not disappointed, and you'd save some money.

Service is OK. Prices have gone up every 6 months over the past 2 years. My sandwich combo went from $10 even to over $12 now. 20% increase.
Also now the pick up card terminal asks if you want to TIP. Why would I tip when I’m ordering at the counter and picking up my own food? PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES a decent wage and stop asking for tips!! Huge turn off.

Almost every Jimmy John's has the same great service and quality of products. Great to know that whichever one I go to, they will make the sandwich the same and be friendly. This appears to be countywide, so the company culture must be important to them at a corporate level

We came here to get a quick dinner but the staff was very disrespectful and rude to us, my items asked to be taken off were still on and we were going to dine in but they told us the lobby was closed even though we saw someone in there a minute beforehand. This was overall a disappointing experience.

Good food, bad service. Fifteen minutes before closing the doors were locked so I had to wait outside in a fine drizzle for five minutes for another customer to leave so I could come in and get my online order. When another customer repeatedly asked if their order was right, they tried to shrug them away before agreeing the order was missing something. I get the impression they were just trying to get out of there prematurely.

Delivery order took 2 hours+ for 2 sandwiches. Not “freaky fast” whatsoever. Don’t order from this location if you value your time or money. Order was wrong and was missing items.

Absolutely dreadful customer service and overall experience. Despite pre-ordering our catering food well in advance of their opening hours and scheduling delivery for 11 am, the entire process was a disaster. Despite my multiple attempts to inquire about the status of my order via phone calls, they inexplicably blocked my number, rendering communication impossible. To top it off, our order didn't arrive until a whopping two hours after the promised delivery time. Terrible place!

My delivery order was canceled (because no drivers), and they called to tell me after doing it, instead of calling to give me the opportunity swap to pickup. So, I reordered and went to get it. The atmosphere was loud, cursing music. The staff were super uncaring and unengaged. One of four sandwiches was wrong, so my son would not eat it.

This location is FREAKY SLOW. I placed an order for delivery at 12:23pm, it is now 2:02pm and still haven’t received my order. Not sure if he is walking, stopping and chit chatting but it shouldn’t take this long.

I love Jimmy John’s. But I’m sooo disappointed in the jalepeno ranch. It is just not good. It was my main side part of my unwich. The kickin ranch made it better. & it just tastes so much better! I won’t be returning, but thank you for the many years ! God
