Don't eat there!!!! The food is bad and not clean. We both had stomach pains for the whole day after eating there. The service is bad as well. Very bad attitude. Just do yourself a favor and find another spot to eat.

Nice location, consistent preparation of sandwiches. It has been one of my go-to restaurants for over 6 years. Quick service.
The service here is HORRIBLE! This is my second time at this location & I will not be returning. My order was wrong BOTH times. I ordered a toasted sandwich just for it to be cold. The lady told me “I didn’t know you wanted it toasted.” I was told I would get a refund for my first wrong order but never received it. They were very passive & in a rush. Did not offer to remake my sandwich. Will not return.

This is the filthiest location I’ve ever been too. The sandwiches about a quarter of the size of what I’m used to in Metairie. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels doesn’t like like it’s been cleaned in weeks with a weird residue all over everything in there. This has been my worst stop at a Jimmy John’s franchise quite frankly ever…No soft drinks you have to be up charged to bottle drinks. There was not a single person in this location and I see why it’s awful and I won’t be back.

Ordered pick up. Sandwiches were already leaking liquid and the wrapping paper and even the carry out paper bags were soaking wet and tore.
Service is not the best but will do for quick grabs.
