I placed an order on the app like I always do. It was "out for delivery" for 45 minutes, so I called to check on it.First they told me they didn't have drivers, so they voided it. Except the app said it was on its way from 45 minutes ago when they *did* have drivers, and they didn't ask me any identification for my order, so I asked why the app says its been on it's way, if they voided it.They told me to check my porch, then hung up on me.I called back and tried again. This time they asked for a phone number to identify my order. They said they found a different order going to a different address. They offered to void it. But since that clearly isn't my order, I didn't want to do that. I offered the order number from my app, they didn't want it. They told me I could come pick up the other order that clearly isn't mine then hung up on me again.I called back a third time. This time they checked my phone number and told me they couldn't find my order. I offered the order number from the app, they said they voided it. I asked why it said it was still out for delivery? They said "oh, I ain't talking to you" and hung up again.I called back, this time they yelled at me and hung back up.Finally, they called me back telling me they "found my order, it's on the pick up shelf if I wanna come get it." At at that point, I didn't even clarify that it was my order or the same order they "found" earlier that was registered to a different address and was not the same thing I ordered. I asked if a manager could run it by because by now its been an hour, and it was promised to be delivered. They first said there was no manager, then said their manager doesn't have a car.I told them to refund me. They said it'd refund in 3 - 5 days. If it ends up being someone else's order, you're welcome.I've called headquarters to complain. It should not have taken 5 calls to find my order in the first place, they shouldn't offer delivery if they don't have drivers, they also shouldn't mark it as out for delivery if it's not being delivered. At the very least, they should have called me the second they realized they couldn't get it to me. But they definitely should not have kept hanging up on me before figuring out what happened to my order.Update: I've had to dispute it through my bank, after having not had the refund back in my bank account after 10 days.

Never been to a Jimmy John's before and I think my sandwich was ready in Under 60 seconds I swear it. The restaurant was spotless, the sandwich was beautiful and fresh. It's like a volleyball team of precision and power. Like, wow!

I wish I could give them less than 1 star I’ve had multiple issues with this location and managers are a joke worst than they employees cooperate is even worst they don’t even hold their stores accountable because it’s private owned worst service and food I’ve ever

The food was fresh and delicious and they got our sandwiches right! We waited for a few minutes while they got caught up on online orders and sat at a table and the restaurant was clean and the drink station, which in many places is disgusting, was tidy and organized. We're just in on business but I'd definitely go to this location again.

I ordered online and as of now i waited 1 and 30min. It still says order recieved. I tried calling and it sounds disconnected. Either get rid of the current employees or yall will lose customers. I will need to call corporate.

Ordered over app and waited then wait it again still have not received meals. Not fast at all I am going on 40 minutes. Jimmy John's is failing at what they are known for. To add on to this after waiting for so long called up to cancel was hung up on had to call back totally disrespectful to customers do not go here stay away.

The Juliet girl at the front counter needs to learn how to pay attention. She needs to do less talking and more listening to peoples orders. I get it you hate your job but I just want my order correct. I asked for a combo she didnt ring it up then proceeds to berate me for calling her out about it.

This is a GREAT JJ! I order sandwiches from this shop even though it is farther to travel to because the service is excellent -- friendly and quick, and the sandwiches are so fresh! I bought 10 sandwiches tonight, each with crazy instructions, and they were perfectly produced!!

The service was great. My complaint is with the food. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and there was hardly any meat on it. That was the 2nd time I’ve eaten there and I had the same experience both times.
