Usually good service. Not tonight. Took forever and delivery guy was rude. Even left me an entire voice message calling me names for not answering the phone when I was working. Saturday 1/18 around 6:30 pm.

When I think Jimmy John’s, I think freaky fast, stellar service! I was disappointed today to find out the new pickle sandwich I’d been looking forward to is online order only. No problem, I put an order in online despite the store being empty. The bummer part was the staff having an attitude and being rude to me from the minute I walked in the door. I will think twice before going to this location again.

Sexy staff
The cashier seemed to be going through a roller coaster of emotions. When I stepped up to order, she was standoffish, speaking in unintelligible mumblings that made her sound like she was trying to freestyle her way through a Nicki Minaj verse. Perhaps she was tired or having a bad day. These things happen, and they’re forgivable. But then, she overcharged me for my order all because she didn’t have her "communicate with words" hat on.
She said, “The sign says we're out of ice, and you should have known better than to order the combo,” insinuating that I should have known no ice also means no brewed tea. Now, as a veteran of many Starbucks lines, this logic seemed as sound as a plot twist in a bad Netflix original.
When I asked her how she wanted to address it, she informed me it was my fault and she wasn’t going to fix it. I said, "Well, then you risk being labeled a thief." At this point, she shifted to the hostile and belligerent zone, yelling at me in a voice that would have made Gordon Ramsay proud.
In a touching show of solidarity, one of her co-workers, who might as well have been auditioning for the next season of "Real Housewives," joined her in the hostile and belligerent zone, yelling, "You can’t call her a thief, she’s my manager!"—a distinction that, I suppose, in that employee's mind absolved her of her thievery.
In a parting shot, I declared, "The truth hurts, doesn't it?" as I beelined for the door, fully expecting to be tagged in the back of my head with one of their oversized pickles, because in a place like this, it just had to be pickles.

I've been here to get sandwiches at least a dozen times. I could have complained ten. Mainly, there is one young African American female working there, each time I've encountered her, she not only doesn't say anything to me as a customer, she literally looks at me like she's mad! I'll take it a step further, she looks like she wants to attack me! Who owns this place without knowing any of this?! She's not the first, just the most recent!! You can get away with anything next to Tulane! Next time, I'm definitely on the phone with corporate! That's just disgusting!!

If you live here and go here, you should move.
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at Jimmy John's on Maple Street. While I've often enjoyed their sandwiches, my visit today was marred by one major issue: being denied a simple, basic human need - free water. As a customer spending money on food, I believe access to water should be a given, not an additional purchase. It's not just about quenching thirst; it's about basic decency and customer service. When I politely asked for a cup of water, I was told that they only offered drinks for purchase. This left me feeling parched, nickel-and-dimed, and ultimately disrespected. This policy not only inconveniences customers but also paints a picture of a company more concerned with profit margins than basic customer satisfaction. I hope it was worth it losing a customer over 2 dollars.

Have had so many terrible experiences at this location. Just recently ordered for pickup through doordash (because their delivery service is so unpredictable) and when I got there they told me my order had been cancelled and I had received a phone call. I showed the cashier that my order had never been cancelled and I had never received a phone call. He was totally rude about it and basically said not my problem. I walked 25 minutes there and wasn’t even refunded.
Not only was the staff rude to my partner when they picked up my order, when i got my sandwich (a turkey tom with bacon), the sandwich barely had any turkey on it. This is the worst location in the city by far. I won’t be back.

I placed a delivery order and was called a few minutes later and told that no one was available to deliver. This is understandable. However, when I went to pick up the food, I was not refunded the delivery charge or the tip left for the delivery person. That's basically stealing.
