Yesterday I arrived at your restaurant at 4:40PM for a “quick” bite. I was seated immediately and because I had about
45 minutes I ordered the red beans, daily special. The server recommended the fried chicken breast as a side. So I ordered that. I also explained that I was in a bit of a Rush to be downtown
At 5:20, my server came back and said she is waiting on my chicken. I explained that I needed to leave and that I had been waiting too long for my meal. This was a shock to my server who obviously forgot to put in my order or check on my order. Barely received an apology.
There’s no excuse for having to wait over 30 minutes and still not receive your food.
Poorly managed and overpriced. 4 open tables outside—they’re all booked. Ushered to the second floor and ignored for 20 minutes. My vegetarian wife tried to order the only thing on the menu she could eat—fettuccine Alfredo, the first item on the menu—and was told they were out. At 6:30pm. Paid $26 for 2 drinks that had plenty of alcohol and not much flavor then got the hell out of there. Never going back.
First time there, and damn I'm super impressed! The lamb meatballs were so good. My gulf fish entree was beyond perfect. The fillet was seared, and the fish flaked apart with ease. So moist. My wife got the fett Alfredo with fried chicken. It was seasoned, and noodles were perfect. Sauce was so creamy. The (its gunna be me) drink was damn good. Love it all. Only thing that was an issue was I didn't know yall had specials until a table of four came sit down and the waiter came tell them the specials. Our waitress didn't tell us anything. I would have loved the crawfish poppers.
Very loud, hard to converse due to surrounding noise of others and loud background music. Food was good, menu selection just ok

Waited 20 minutes then asked the front if we had a server. 5 more minutes and still nothing. We left. Very sad service.

GM Lyn is not professional and not a great example of someone who truly cares about her employees and the restaurant. I’ve witnessed her talk to her employees very rudely and you can tell she enjoys putting them down instead of motivating them. She’s not a great role model and based off experience I’ve had managers who claim to ‘micromanage’ but she seems to enjoy treating her employees poorly just for the upper hand. This looks bad on the restaurant I’m sure it’s hard to keep employees with the way I seen her treat her employees
We eat at juniors about once a month but tonight was very different. Took forever for our bottle of wine. Still don’t have it as I am typing this. Still haven’t had our order taken. They have ruined the atmosphere with loud lousy music which they claim they don’t control the volume. Did someone buy Juniors???

Server and other staff appear to want us there. We gobbled through 2 appetizers and our substantial + delicious entrées.
Parking: The place was packed, but there was still plenty of parking across the street.
