I just spent 60 bucks on uber for everything to be cold old and not edible this is beyond wrong fries is burnt they been sitting up since this morning the chicken is so old I didn’t order those pieces missing drinks and to top it off uber doesn’t want to even issue a refund

We waited in the drive through line about 15 minutes. Ordered an 8-piece bucket. We requested mixed white & dark, with half original & half extra crispy. Got home with a bucket which was only 7 pieces, ALL dark, and only 1 piece was original recipe. BTW, the chicken just wasn’t very good.We called the manager, who said if we drove back (it was out of town) she’d replace the missing piece. After discussion, she did offer to replace the order. We won’t be back.

This KFC is very good, I tried the pot pie for the 1st time & wow! I will be getting this every time! Another thing I love is, we get the original crust, Iean, in my opinion, why else go to KFC!? They actually put it in the box, and the crust remains on the chicken . I was in Mississippi and order KFC ivia Uber eats. Paid $60 for this meal and we open the box and it looks like someone say there and pulled all the skin off in tiny pieces! So, from this day forward, We will remain a 1 KFC family!! The KFC in our neighborhood which is Chalmette close down so we go over here on Tuesdays to get the eight piece special for 10 bucks. The service isn't the greatest but we love the chicken and the Tuesday deal.
