It took us some time to find this place, as it's located in the back of a kitch old school bar (Erin Rose). It was in the morning, so the place was empty. The guy (not friendly but not rude either) took our order and recommended for us to get a drink at the bar. He brought us the food there a few minutes later. The food was good. On a recommendation from a friend that was in New Orleans a few weeks ago I popped into Erin Rose to grab a Black Beer Beef Debris poboy. The depth of flavor is outstanding! I've been in town 5 days and it's the best thing I've eaten so far!
Went to Killer Poboys at Erin Rose with my boss and another colleague of mine when they said they were after a Po Boy for lunch, I'd saved this in a list of 'must go' places before I even left for NOLA.
This bar is small with maybe just over a dozen seats, very eclectic decor and a huge range of drinks. Po Boys in the back area to either eat there or have them brought to the bar.
