I was in New Orleans this weekend and was excited to see they had pralines. I had tried them for the first time a year before in Nashville and couldn’t wait to have them again. I bought six to bring home to friends and family and one for myself.
Unfortunately, I gave them away as gifts before I ate mine. It was not good at all. It tasted like the butter was very old, and the texture was sugary, which happens when you overcook during the candy making process.
Embarrassed, I had to text everyone I had given them to to let them know that they were not good. I didn’t want them wondering why I thought something so nasty would be such a treat.
I should have asked for a sample first.
Excellent HOT FUDGE SUNDAY!!!
High priced. Good ice cream though.
We stopped in for a sweet treat after dinner and my son wanted icecream. When Izabelle took his order, I let her know he had a nut allergy and asked if she could use a fresh scoop. Not only did she do that, she went to the back to scoop his icecream out of a fresh container so there was no risk of cross contamination. THANK YOU IZABELLE for going above and beyond on a busy Thursday night!!
They gave me the wrong ice cream, and made me pay for the second order also. They apologized. This is horrible customer service!!! I don't usually leave a review if its a bag one. Just make sure you have the right ice cream before you pay.
Great ice cream in New Orleans. Better than other Italian franchises!
Nice place to refresh and cool down these days. Wide assortment of flavors. Raspberry sorbet is blast
Staff was really nice, place was very clean and it smelled so good the second you open the door. Highly recommend!
The food was really good. It was a bit high, but it's right by Bourbon Street so you can expect that.
Buyers beware of the waffle cones. I just watched the guy making waffle cones from scratch touch his face, adjust his clothes and pick his nose all while wearing gloves and still making waffles cones. If you’re going to literally touch any and everything there’s no reason the wear the gloves. The cross-contamination was real!

Ice cream was fine but we stood waiting to get served for a very long time. Several stations along the shop had no customers but for some reason only one person was working on ice cream and was overwhelmed.
Delicious ice cream & treats.
