Didn't have the greatest Thanksgiving experience here. It was very windy and cool outside, and we were seated near the door so the wind often brought a chill to our table. We chose this restaurant because of the vegetarian option for Thanksgiving dinner, but the tofu steak tasted and looked like it was straight out of the package. No flavor or texture. I saved it to take home and cook again on the griddle or skillet. We also had a bartender for a server appearing as though...
Very laid back environment with really great food and service. Also probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! We ordered the whole fish and the croquettes too, so good. The fish had bones so it was definitely some work but it was simply cooked and had a lot of flavor. Centrally located so easy to get to and worth the visit
Louisiana native who spends a lot of time in Nola…This has become, hands down, my favorite brunch spot in the city. We come here before Saints games and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and wonderful food and drinks. The Oatmeal Orleans is to die for!
