The refried beans alone make this place a destination. The guac kills. The salsa and chips rate with any place. The fajita dinner is to die for. We love and miss Edwin since weoved away. La Mansion is one of the reasons to live in Carrollton.

Maybe the food was so bad because we ordered it via uber eats. I only speculate there because I work in a small business and I hate working with third parties...but if you really hate it, don’t do it. Or be really up front with the corners you’re going to cut to make it worth your while to humor the delivery service.

Five stars if not for LAX MASK WEARING BY WAITSTAFF. Delicious, fresh Central American fare. I love their homemade salsa and generous portions. This is a gem for that spicy, saucey Latin food fix with a beer or a margarita. Consider outdoor seating in the plaza for your customers' safety and peace of mind!

Yelp The employees at this establishment don't wear masks. I actually think it may have been the owner who had serviced me. I ordered takeout from here and when I walked in there was an older gentleman sitting at a table looking at a laptop without a mask on. I stood there at the door and kind a looked around if someone was going to ask me what I wanted. He looked at me and I said I had an order for pickup. There was a mask on the table and he did not put it on. He continued to walk to the register to check me out. I was so uncomfortable I grabbed the ticket and signed from a distance and quickly left. I immediately called to ask him why he wasn't wearing a mask and if this was how he conducted his business and he said he does what he needs to do and hung up on me. The food was mediocre. I will not be ordering from here again.

I'll never get food from here again. Walked in to pick up my order and who I assumed was the manager/ owner didn't have a mask on. Got up without a mask and gave me my food. The person cooking was not wearing their mask correctly. When I called back to talk to the management about their violations they told me they were "too busy" and hung up on me. I called back and they hung up on me again. Their food is mediocre at best and they don't care about public health.
