It was a must stop on our visit to the French Quarter. It’s a historic place, nice vibe, friendly atmosphere. Beer selection is just OK and based on the other reviews we tried the purple voodoo daiquiri, which I thought was ok
Fun little bar with a terrible bathroom ☠️ the purple drank is delicious and those everclear cherries were fantastic as well. Good place to vibe out after pushing through Bourbon Street. We went there 2x during our visit.
We stopped by here very quickly ona Ghost Walk tour. We took pics of the fireplace to see if it was haunted. The server was really friendly. The owner was also there and super welcoming as well. I ordered a beer on draft which was a local Abita IPA but the server also gave us a sample of their famous Purple Drank which would definitely be dangerous if you consume a lot 😂 it's yummy and doesn't even taste like alcohol but supposedly has some high ABV liquor in it....
