Landry's Seafood House

Our food was amazing!! Everything was wonderful! Our server was very attentive and friendly.

We enjoy going to Landry's to sit outside, enjoy the view and have a meal. The service is usually fairly good. We went yesterday evening because the weather was beautiful and we wanted to sit out. We ordered beer and an appetizer and a meal. The beer and appetizer came out but the meal took forever. We also noticed that there were problems at other tables as well. There was a party of 9 next to us and one guy didn't get his meal. He finally got his order to go when the rest were finished. There were delays at a couple of other tables as well. Other tables that came after us were served their food. Not sure what happened but the kitchen was having a problem. It took us about 45 minutes to get our meal and the restaurant was not crowded. This has happened to us before at this location (with an even longer wait for our food). It was a nice evening and our waiter Jacob was attentive and apologetic. Beer was ice cold!

Food was adequate, just average. Small fried shrimp, corn & crab bisque was not good at all, other items were just ok. Server was quick, responsive & friendly. She was the best part of the experience. Place was loud, took a while to seat us even with reservation & hostesses were lukewarm. Can't park anywhere near the place. Wasn't my selection but went for a family thing. So many better places in Nola that I won't be back for a while.

I signed up for a membership over ayear ago and just found out Landry'sdoesnt keep track of the money I have spent there and I had to call and find out what points I got for my meal there. How doI get credit for all the money I have spent there?

Great Experience. Loved the Crawfish Bread app. Very good Chilean Sea Bass and Mahi Mahi. Great evening on the water front.

Thank you to the hostess and manager for taking care of our table request. Service is good though drinks are slow. Landry's could use an extra bartender most nights. We enjoy dining here and will be back.

Beautiful sunset on the outdoor patio tonight. Great service from our server, Joshua! Thank you Joshua! Food was good, especially the char-grilled oysters. Wonderful experience overall.

The food and service were excellent. Everyone in our party of 25 were soooo impressed and happy with their meals. Thanks Landry's for making our wedding party a great experience!

I went with a friend from work for the Happy Hour
It took over 45 minutes to get a drink
Bartender was overwhelmed with a stupid attitude
Then after 1.5 hours the food arrived
To beg for a fork
The Atmosphere was nice
The service and food was GROSS

The food here at the Landry's Seafood House is astoundingly phenomenal! I would say that this is one of the BEST seafood restaurant in New Orleans. The service is great and the view of the Lake is nice on a great sunny day.

Seafood Platter 5/5: The amount of food that you get with the seafood platter is enough to feed two people. You get loaded with French fries, onion strings, 2 catfish, ~6 fried shrimp, and 2 stuffed shrimp balls. Three sauces are served; ketchup, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce. I barely finished the entire meal, and had a lot of leftovers to take home.

New Orleans Crawfish Bread 5/5: This is one of their most popular appetizer. The garlic bread was not too soft or too hard, all of the flavors of the cheese and Crawfish was perfectly balance. Every single bite was enjoyable. I highly recommend this appetizer.

Landry's on the Lakefront hosted my grandson's engagement party of 96 people, it was over the top! Chef Joe and wait staff went above and beyond. The food everyone complimented, the staff was polite and very professional. 5 stars is not enough for the service we received. I will definitely recommendthis to all. In fact they are hosting my 50th anniversary party CAN'T WAIT!!!

Food was really good, steak overcooked just a bit but still very tasty. Service was awesome, will definitely revisit next time in the area and I do recommend this restaurant.
