Great little spot to have a cafe .. clean bathrooms felt kind of fancy
This café is small, but charming. The menu is simple, but appetizing. The biscuits are large and dense. The croissants are soft and flaky. The frozen peach Bellini was delightful after a very long day of walking. Overall it was a wonderful lunch experience, and I will definitely return. (The bathroom was the cleanest bathroom I encountered on my entire trip.)

I ordered soup. I was served gumbo. The staff corrected the mistake. I needed to use a facial tissue. The box was empty. I wanted ten pecan biscotti. There were none for sale.

Maybe it was because it was raining outside but the two baristas weren't the friendliest. The coffee is fine but gerenally not impressed.

How can I put it... a little corner of France, even Brittany, a cozy and timeless place! My best friend and I loved this place during our stay in NOLA in April! The pastries are exquisite, the coffee is excellent... I highly recommend it!

So tasty! The Quich is wonderful. But the grilled cheese is hands down the best we ever had!

Super cute and small little café with stellar chicory coffee. I had the coffee black and another time iced with a little cream. Both forms were sooo very good!

The table inside is a bit cramped, and there’s no table outside.
Except for this one, which is great!
Great place to get a feel for Commanders Palace food and some French elbow rubbing!

We went in for the strawberry and Bavarian creme crepes, excellent choice. Guy next to me got the breakfast sandwich and I've not seen a biscuit so tall!

Le Petit Bleu does a mix of breakfast, lunch, light dinner café fare, with a French-Creole twist. Here are some highlights:
Crêpes – Both savory and sweet. For instance: mushroom and strawberry. I didn’t eat any but the people with me seem to enjoy them.
My hubby had a soup and salad combo: cassoulet soup (a Louisiana classic) and a gulf shrimp salad. The shrimp were small, served cold but tasty.
I had the peach Bellini that was heavy on the Bellini and not too sweet.
The gift shop was the draw for me but overly priced. $63 for a candle and $115 for an apron, nah…I’m good.

Best bacon of my life! Good biscuits too, but they don't have jam. They serve yummy French truck coffee. Just be aware that the place is super small-- only have 4 tables-- and when staff is busy, tables don't get cleaned.

I absolutely loved this charming spot, it reminded me of the “P’tit Dép” café in Montreal!
A vintage-style place that has it all: crepes, homemade iced drinks, and even a little boutique corner.
The photos speak for themselves. Thank you for this lovely moment, I truly enjoyed it!
