This was not the best choice for the first meal in NOLA. The gumbo was a bit below average with a bit of a sour after taste. The beignets were hard and a bit doughy. My dining companion had a seafood pasta that was missing much in the way of actual seafood. Server was pleasant and efficient.

This place deserves a negative star. The hostess was a know it all karen. She was rude to us and 2 other set of customers while we were there. She almost ran off a customer for seating at the wrong table. She was rude to us because we nicely told her there are people ahead of us she may seat first. She’s stomping around like a spoiled brat. The food was just average. The only place who serves cold gumbo soup. Burgers were dry and ketchup wasn’t served with the fries. Diet coke is now regular coke. Be sure you know the difference. The service was awful, food is average then you blow a gasket from their “friendly customer service”. Fire your hostess and hire more people that actually belong in that business.

Stopped here as a solo traveler and had the Red Fin dinner with the asparagus and corn bread. Delicious. It was delicious! Left with a bag of 3 piping hot beignets and about 1/2 pound of powdered sugar for the walk back to the hotel. They were so delicious and HUGE and nice and hot! Nice place and not too crowded and good prices.

Katie was a very attentive server, looked after our group right up until close. Very friendly and courteous. Excellent service, fries with the meal were great.

This was a horrible dining experience from start to finish. From management's nasty attitude to the hour and a half wait for a cold shrimp po' boy, it was a tragic introduction to New Orleans cuisine. There were no concessions given and the manager told us she was "not willing to meet us halfway," and then brought us the wrong check twice. Our waitress, Shemyra, was clearly overworked and did attempt to remedy the situation by bringing free dessert. We witnessed several dissatisfied tables, including one that left without paying due to the poor service. Overall, it's obvious that the quality of this establishment needs to be evaluated by corporate.

Amazing Experience, will definitely go back. Easy access to nightlife and the restaurant is beautiful for a menu with reasonable prices and great food. Had a drink at the bar after and love their select cocktails.

Slow to be seated, drinks took half an hour to be served, burger was hot, fries were cold. Not a good result on Valentines Day. Restaurant was woefully understaffed.

There was a mouse in the restaurant. I notified the hostess, but they seemed unbothered. The service was great, the food was ok, but the mouse ruined EVERYTHING!!

We were welcomed with open arms by server Shanei, she was FANTASTIC.
Her service is some of the BEST we have ever had, she may not write a single thing down but i promise you she wont mess a single thing up and shes sooo attentive. She thought of everything right down to bringing sauce to the table without us even asking for it.
all of the food was just as good as the service.
We had the steak frites, shrimp, gumbo, burger and chicken and waffles everything was sooooo good!!!
The kids were already planning our return trip! Cant wait to come back.
